The location is hard to beat. So so convenient. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is abundant and fresh.

Payed a lot because it was formula 1 weekend but I guess all hotels in the city had raised their prices for this particular time period.

Great location, great transport links. Basic but very comfortable rooms, great, guiet air con for the 30° days.. Excellent homemade iced teas at the bar. Good breakfast. Stayed for the F1 race, along with quite a few other guests. If you didn't want to make your own way on public transport, the hotel had different options for the 3 days.

Room doors would benefit from a soft close mechanism, sometimes sounded like doors slamming in the night/early morning. There is not a lot of cereal selection at breakfast or many hot options. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, this means you have to pay extra to purchase a cup of coffee or tea and also leave your room to go down to the main lobby, disappointing if you have settled down for the night. The hotel lobby area facilities also close at a certain time which means there are no other options other than to leave the hotel. My room was shower only (no bath), not a concern for my trip but if you wanted a bath in your room you may be disappointed.

Great location, central to all the tourist attractions by foot or public transport. loads of restaurant nearby. the room had everything we needed, good powerful shower too. we liked you could request extra bits if needed, like hair conditioner etc. breakfast was good, Varied selection and the staff were able to help with allergens, you can request gluten free bread, which was great. Everything got replenished frequently on the busy mornings. staff were really friendly and made our stay, we were lucky to be able to check in early, which was a bonus as we just went to drop our bags off for the day.

it did get busy at breakfast, so limited tables and space to get to items, but no different really to other hotels. Bedroom doors could slam quite loudly so little disruptive.

The location is excelent next to metro,tram and bus stations next to the river,central squares and fashion market streetwalk.Also note the hotel is accessible with a 10 min. walk from 100e bus in case using public transportation from the airport. Everything was easily accessible on foot as well in case someone does not want to use public transportation or car(max 25min. walk). Breakfast had a big variaty of foods to eat which was worth to buy. The room was soundproof, had a big window for natural light and a big clean bathroom with all the necesary basic staff. The beds where very comfortable and the aircondition was fuctioning perfectly.

Room was small, but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of storage. Hotel is in great location - 2 blocks from Danube and Chain Bridge, easy walk to Parliament, near Metro and Airport Express bus, and many restaurants and stores (recommend Dunacorso restaurant a few blocks away). Breakfast was good except for coffee machine dispenses very small portions. Staff was helpful and accommodating with early check-in issue. Good value for this area for what I paid.

Not good toiletries supplied, just shower gel/shampoo all in one. Need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Coffee machine at breakfast calibrated to only give one third cup, even on the coffee setting (not espresso).

Excellent location . Near underground and 100E bus from airport takes you within a 5 minute walk to hotel down Fashion street at Deák Ferenc Ter . 3 minute walk from Danube and tram 2 which takes you right along the front of Danube ( fab views) Very clean and modern room . Hairdryer and safe also shower gel. Decent breakfast with a selection but scrambled egg was disappointing . No fruit juices though. Staff excellent

Air conditioning didn’t work so had to have windows open so extremely noisy and didn’t sleep 🥲 Tea and coffee in room would be great or a fridge.

-kinda small room -tv is useless, you have 10 channels and they are all local, nothing in english -there is a paper that you can complete with things you might need and they will give it to you theoretically(slippers, shampoo etc), in fact thoose never came to us -they charge you 15% for service at the bar for everything, even if they only give you a bottle of water. Basicly overprice to overpriced.

The D8 hotel is spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are compact, they are cleaned to a high standard, towels and linen changed daily. Good pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room, 15euro for 4 teas in bar, pricy when u like alot of tea . Great central location, minutes to chain Bridge and all attractions and right beside the shopping area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good selection on breakfast buffet, pastries, ham/cheese/cereals and saysages and scrambled or boiled eggs. Would highlyrecommendstaying here..

No kettle in room

Staff was really lovely. Friendly and helpful Place was really clean. Very comfy bed. Bathroom super clean and great shower. Amazing location. Close to the river, close to the bridge to cross the river, close to tourist boats, close to fashion street. close to the shop and close to restaurants. I mean perfect location. Nice breakfast. Very nice place. We had an issue with he TV (which for me is not a big deal) and even though i texted through the booking.com application very late I got a reply within 5 min that's a great customer service.

I know it says the room size online but it was little small. I slept next to window and most of the time when i was getting up i would hit my leg on the bed corner. Little tight that space. There was a little desk in the corner really wish it wasn't there. Also wish there would be some water in the room and a mini fridge and better lighting in the bathroom. But i would recommend this place.
