My stay at JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance, attentive staff, and top-notch service. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. One of the best parts of staying here is the prime location—surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a movie theater, plus it's just a short walk to Downtown Disney. Whether you're here for a Disneyland trip or just to explore Anaheim, this location is unbeatable. The food was incredible! Every meal was flavorful and well-prepared, making dining at the hotel a treat. The atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing, and the amenities, including the rooftop bar and fitness center, added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a luxurious, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Anaheim, JW Marriott is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the Disney Parks, which would have been a convenient perk. While it’s still walkable or a quick ride away, a shuttle would make it even better for guests visiting Disneyland.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. I MUST ADD that I am extremely upset that we had 3 rooms, totaling over $6000 for our stay and was not notified about the rooftop fireworks show! We found out through a guest and by the time we tried to make a reservation, it was too late. When we arrived, I specifically asked for activities and was given a list of things to do, restaurants to go and so forth. At NO TIME where we told about the rooftop fireworks and to make a reservation. I would just think that should have been something told to us, ESPECIALLY spending that kind of money, upfront. We should definitely been afforded the opportunity to attend

Great location, very clean and tidy, rooms very good condition. The beds were so comfortable.

Lack of staff. Nobody to greet us when we arrived, no help with luggage. No orientation the check in is up an escalator lift. Nobody at the checkin desk, 3 people waiting. No offer to help me when I left at checkout, with 3 suitcases, they told me to go downstairs with them (3 members of staff at the desk). I don’t consider that a 5 star hotel. The pool was in the shade, be warned it’s not a sunbathing pool.

Great location, very comfortable beds, Citric restaurant was great. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were very helpful including the manager who was greeting guests at breakfast.

A few minor things could be improved to make it a better experience. 1. Cheaper parking options, $59 per day with valet as the only in hotel option is very expensive. 2. The lounge option needs some work on breakfast, comparatively as a 5 star hotel it doesn't stack up. 3. Seemed to be understaffed janitor-wise as the 1st floor toilets were a disaster by any hotel grade standards (not cleaned, no toilet paper, etc.) This all said, I would happily stay there again.

Valets parking staff were great

Bathrooms lack proper maintenance. Out of the four rooms that we got to use, three of the bathrooms needed maintenance. One had a cracked leaky sink, one had tub faucet knobs that fall out and tub curtain that was too long and it draped into the bottom of the tub which made it difficult to stand and one of the sinks drain plug does not push up so it was not draining properly. The rooms were guaranteed for check in at 4 pm but one room was not available to us until 4:20pm and we were very tired. Most of the staff were very friendly but some of the front desk staff were not.

This hotel is great! Rooms are super comfortable and very new, staff was very nice and attentive and it's a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. We had lounge access and that was also really great, we could have evening snacks and drinks there with a great view to the parks.

I didn't know before hand there was a destination fee of 30USD per day. The hotel offers options where you can use this fee (like snacks and restaurant) but as we were for most of the day in Disneyland that was not super straightforward.

Breakfast - the food was not good and very expensive (we paid USD 100 for 2 adults + 1 child).

Absolutely amazing experience here. Rooms were amazing, 15min walk to Disneyland (or you can catch a shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot literally across the road). We used this every night getting home when our feet were sore, but walked to Disneyland via Starbucks every morning. The hotel staff were great 😊 this hotel made our trip truly special.

The property looks really nice and clean. These property is also adjacent to a shopping center.

I ordered breakfast for an in-room dining but it took a long time for them to deliver it in our room. I have to make a follow up call with their front desk person to make sure that they did not forget my order. Also, my wife went to check their gift shop to purchase some items but decided not to buy it. The person behind the counter is so slow In ringing up items due to her long nails. The room we stayed in was neat and clean. The only drawback about it is the rattling sound we hear at night outside our bedroom’s window. I think it must be an air conditioning unit outside our window that is making that noise. Also, adjacent to our room is an Ice maker room that also makes noise occasionally. For reference, we stayed at room 302.

Very nice property. Staff were helpful and in particular staff in the restaurant were eager to help. Location was excellent. Rooms were comfortable.

Rooms were dirty on arrival and had to be re cleaned. House keeping failed to clean one of the rooms after a busy day at Disney however staff were eager to resolve this. No glasses or cups in the rooms, only paper cups, and I would have expected better from a premium brand.
