It was clean and spotless, the layout, comfy beds, and the whole lot in the accommodation. Clean towels laid out.

The neighbors' friends hooning in and out. The parking just couldn't fit our truck after the people next to us parked up for the night. Maybe have some different door decor because someone walked in ours like it was their room.

The property managers were sooo accommodating in terms of our late check-in. When I went to pay the next morning they greeted me with a smile and kindness. The room was lovely and cozy with good amenities. Convenient location. Just excellent!

Bigger lounge area would have been great but not a big issue. We also had someone in our carpark the entire time we were there. Clear parking allocations would be good too but again not a big issue.

Warm, air con and electric blankets had warmed up the room on arrival.

The TV in kitchen area...couldn't get sound to work. TV IN bedroom hadn't been signed in properly. Looked like new TV set up would have been great if all working properly thanks.

The parking lot is right outside the room and it was a big room with everything you’ll need. It was a comfortable stay and the reception staff was awesome and very welcoming. Thank you for taking our reservation even though it was very impromptu, only 1 hour before we checked in!

The new cabin was nice and clean with everything we needed, beds were comfy, the soap and shampoo was nice. Great location near shops.

Just that the rest of the property looked a bit desolate and like it needed some repairs and life put back into it.

The accommodation met our needs. Didn't realise the bedroom didn't have a window - but overall that wasn't an issue as we only used it to sleep.

Air con didn't feel like it worked that well and the room felt overly hot for both nights we stayed.

The unit that I booked exceeded my expectations and Louis was very accommodating despite my late arrival. Also very handy to town center and local cafes. I will certainly use Tongariro Junction Accomodations again.

Perfect location for visiting Tongariro National Park. Lovely place. We loved the setup. Staff were friendly, welcomed us with a smile. We came earlier than the usual time and the accomodate us well.

Location. Quiet. Very clean inside. Unit had all the modern conveniences if we’d wanted to cook etc. provided milk. No hot water in the shower the last morning- maybe the gas had run out??

Nothing. It was totally acceptable.

It was very welcoming and the staff upgraded us, turned on the heat pump and the electric blankets! Great service! We have already recommended to friends and family. We will definitely go back and stay there.
