The staff were so friendly and helpful! The sofa bed hadn't been made up but one quick call to the front desk had a staff member at our room within 30 mins. Location is superb, short walk from monument and bank tube stops. Handy also for Liverpool street station.

Our beds were made up each day despite having put the sign in the door, not the worst thing in the world at all but left us a little embarrassed as we had left our makeup bags/clothes/shopping etc on the beds. We felt bad for the staff that had to deal with that. The Aircon didn't go below 22°C which left us a little toasty during our trip. No instructions for the Aircon were left so hard to know if we were just using it wrong Otherwise the stay was fabulous. Will definitely be staying again.

Everything was superb, from check in to check out. I really appreciated the extremely varied English breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms (because I had two), the internet and the kindness of the staff. The fact that the property provides free water, coffee and tea to its customers is a big plus. I also really appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check in. Another big plus is that it is perfectly located in terms of tourist attractions, right next to London Bridge. I highly recommend this hotel, it was exceptional in every way.

Beds were very comfortable,in every floor there was a fridge to refill your bottle with water,rooms were super clean and stuff was very polite.special regards to Hristo-our balkanian neighbour and gabi Τhe location was very convenient too,there are 2 metro stations really close to us Gaucho restaurant had very nice food for lunch

We only had breakfast the first day,but in my opinion it wasn’t something worth paying since outside and close to the hotel , were many places where you could have breakfast in good price and quality

I had a great stay at Club Quarters Hotel London City. The room was comfortable, The location is excellent – close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around really easy. One of the highlights was that the hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from the start. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, it was just a temporary issue.

The hotel is located in Bank area and it was ideal for us as we had a conference to attend with only a 5 minutes walk to the venue. Rooms are recently refurbished, good sized rooms and comfortable bed. There was a good selection for breakfast and staff was helpful.

I am still waiting to be refunded for the damages deposit that I paid on my arrival, which the receptionist mentioned that it will be released within the day of departure, however I have checked out 1.5 days ago and no refund was received. I can not find an email address where to contact the hotel directly.

I read mixed reviews -especially on GMaps- and I have to say, it is clear from the check in, welcome note at the table, all the way to the checkout that the team has done a lot to turn the experience around. I was very happy with the overall stay, location, room, mattress quality, bathroom and amenities.

I think the breakfast could have a little more variety / a more premium feel to it at 30GBP pp. The items served were ok, not great, the buffet not huge and the team was a little disconnected, waiting for items to completely run out before refilling them, which could create a weird feeling with a full house. It also felt like the same employees refilling the buffet were the ones helping with seating trying to be at two places at the same time. All in all, still acceptable.

Staff in the hotel were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and had obviously been recently decorated. The bathroom was immaculate. We arrived at 11 and the hotel were more that happy to store our luggage until check in time leaving us able to enjoy our day. When we arrived later to check in out bags were already in our room and there was a complimentary bottle of wine as we shared that we were visiting due to a birthday.

We decided to add on the breakfast in the morning. This is served through the adjoining Gaucho restaurant. I don't feel that this was value for money at £15.50 + 13% service charge. Staff were a contrast to those in the actual hotel as they did not smile or seem friendly and considering the service charge for a buffet style where you have to also get your own drink was too much.

Club Quarters hotels never disappoint. We often use to book one of their hotels whenever possible (London and New York Club Quarter hotels are the best!). This one in particular has a perfect location. Right in front of the beautiful Leadenhall Market and at walking distance from major locations, like Tower of London, Liverpool Street and all the major new buildings with rooftop view (Sky Garden Bishopsgate 22 Horizon), Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Shoreditch, even The Shard and Borough market are at a few minutes walk, right across the river Thames. Always likable, as usual in Club Quarters, the free water supply at every floor. Also the included breakfast was good.

As already said, breakfast was good, but you need to avoid "peak hours" (like early in the morning till 8/9 o'clock), because it's very crowdy and you need to wait in line. But if you hit breakfast right after 9 o'clock, that becomes acceptable.

Venue was beautiful and rooms a great size. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and it was great having the hydration stations and cafe area.

The self check in on the computer was good. However, I felt like I needed more of a human touch. For example, it was unclear what the breakfast arrangements were and where to go, so I didn't end up having breakfast. I had other questions that the computer didn't answer and needed to ask. Also, I was told that there was ahold fee of £50 that would be removed. However, I was charged this. It was quite confusing for the check-in and check out

I absolutely loved my stay at Club Quarters London City. The location is brilliant—just a 5-minute walk from Bank Station and perfect if you’re working in the City. Check-in was easy, quick, and fuss-free. The room was fantastic, with a decent-sized bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash. There was also a small mini bar offering cocktails, snacks, and a recovery kit (for an extra cost). The bed was a lovely size and very comfortable, with a desk available if you need to work. Breakfast was excellent, with both hot food and continental options served in the in-house restaurant, Gaucho, which is a fantastic restaurant in its own right. Coffee is provided in the rooms, and there’s free water refill stations outside the room—something I really appreciated. Housekeeping is available on request, making it more environmentally friendly. The hotel also has a lounge that doubles as a coffee shop, which is a great spot to relax with coffee and pastries. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel for business travel, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Personal preference, if room service was on offer would really make this hotel even more perfect!
