The location of this hostel is fantastic! You are pretty much on top of Charles bridge in the centre of old town. You could not be in a better location for being in the middle of Prague history. The building itself is also pretty old and historic giving you a lovely vibe when you're staying there. The staff are manning the tourist desk as well as the hostel so are there until quite late at night as well as being super friendly and helpful. It's all stairs as expected from an old building but the man on the desk helped me with my bag which was very much appreciated. The rooms were some of the largest I've seen in hostels. I was in a 6 bed bunk room and there was so much space as well as a communal area with sofas etc for chilling, big windows out onto the street and a kitchen/sitting area. I saw a couple of people there with laptops on calls so good for working/digital nomad activities also. Overall enjoyable experience and a great base for touristy activities especially on foot. The trams are also super close both ways - either 5 mins walk to the tram up towards the castle or walk over the bridge and then trams right there into the new town.
The beds themselves were not the best. The frames are quite fragile metal ones that move whenever anyone gets in - bottom or top bunk - and the mattresses were so soft they fell into the base grooves a little. I had to move out of my first bed because the metal bar of the base was digging into my back and I was afraid I'd hurt my back. The second bed was better so it could be just that first one was an exception but worth being aware of. I also partook of the washing service and 2 of my items went missing, it seemed a little chaotic and the turnover of staff because of the rota meant that trying to investigate finding them again was almost impossible so I just gave them up as lost.

We booked the apartment last minute and chose it mainly for the location, as we wanted to be able to walk to everything. The location definitely lived up to our expectations - it is right by Charles Bridge and within a 5-20 minute walk of most places. The apartment was very simple and basic in terms of interior, but it was clean and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Communication before arrival was good, and we received helpful tips about where to park. The man at the reception was also very friendly and welcoming.
There was a lot of noise coming from the apartment/room above us. I'm used to living in an old apartment so I'm not particularly sensitive to neighbor sounds, but at times it honestly sounded like people were running or jumping around. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it did get a bit annoying - mostly because it stressed out our two small dogs (who normally aren't sensitive to noise either).

The location was a bit tricky to find - simply because they serve as a tourist spot for guidance and trips, just trust Google maps I might say. The whole experience in the hostel was amazing, the hosts were the most welcoming people on the planet - showing you to your room explaining every possible detail.
The location and the fact that there wasn't an AC. The location - not because of finding it, but because at night it’s pretty loud and in order not to be sweating throughout the whole night you should leave the windows open. I may say that the second night I stayed there one of the girls closed the windows and it wasn't that bad but I was still sweating from time to time.

It is a hostel so the breakfast isn't included. But there is a kitchen where everyone can prep breakfast, fridge for food etc. There is a lot of cafes just outside to get coffee and something to eat. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who need simply a place to sleep and shower. The location is great! The price is great considering the location. All the attractions are close by, plus lots of good restaurants and bars.
I have nothing to complain about. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The staff was truly exceptional — super friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. The hostel was very clean, and the beds were large and comfortable. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of everything, which made getting around very easy. One small issue was the layout of the women’s dormitory. Because the space is quite open, you might unintentionally disturb others or get disturbed while people are moving around. But overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great location. Just a few meters from a Charles bridge. Bridge is usually full during the day. but when you wake up in the morning or go for a small walk in the night? Much nicer. Dormitory with 6 beds quite large nice room. I felt quite safe with a card to open - main doors, then another doors to my section and then again to my room. And then in a room you can get a box with a small key where would all my belongings fit.
I did not like beds making sounds everytime somebody turns around. I need to wear earplugs, because otherwise I could not sleep - in dorm with 5 other people, there is always somebody snoring. So it was okay, but still a bit annoying.

The ceiling to the room was beautiful, comfy beds, the female only room has no bunkbeds which is a bonus. The shower, never seen anything like it it had 2 massive shower heads in it all to yourself. Staff friendly and helpful. Has option to store bags and you get your own locker for this rather than it gets locked in a room with lots of other bags. Also even though you could hear music from the bar it stopped at a reasonable hour, not sure about Fridays and Saturdays as I didn't stay then. Even the signs asking you to keep shower curtain fully shut were lovely.. oh and there is a hairdryer which you don't get very often and you don't hqve to hire a towel it's included
The only criticism is the door as the light in the hallway when it switches on blares into the room. Suggestion if you ever replace the doors consider 1s without glass. But if you have a face mask this is an easy way for it not to bother you

The hotel is in a very good location, practically in the city center. At first, I had difficulty finding the hotel – I found the area but couldn’t figure out which building the hotel was in. Eventually, after entering several buildings, I found it. 😄 The room was an 8-bed dorm. It was a good size with enough space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were also lockers/boxes to store personal belongings. The room was slightly dirty, but that’s probably because there were eight people staying in it. However, the common areas – kitchen and bathroom – were very clean. The temperature in the room was excellent, despite the very cold weather outside. The staff was very kind and friendly. From the start, they greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. After checkout, they even told me I could store my luggage for free until my flight. In short, it’s a very good hotel in an excellent location, reasonably priced, with a great staff.

I usually don’t bother writing reviews but I just have to say something about Charles bridge hostel in Prague because it was honestly so good. I stayed there with my grandparents and we had such a great time. The staff were super nice and welcoming. When we checked in there was an argentinian guy and a turkish guy at the reception and they were so chill and friendly it made us feel really comfortable right away. The hostel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent. There’s always hot water for showers and they even offer free hot chocolate, tea (with a wide selection), and coffee at the reception, which was so nice. The heated floors were a lovely surprise, especially in winter and the location couldn’t be better it’s right next to Charles Bridge. Our room was super warm and cozy and there’s a kitchen where you can find everything you need to cook. If you need anything the reception is always there to help. Everything about this place was awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful location, literally in front of the entrance gate for Charles bridge, on Malastrana's side; super typical apartment and structure, one of those places you take pictures of and dream to live in. Well equipped, heatening system works wonderfully, nicely equipped also for cooking; nice and neat bathroom. Really nice small outside area with rooftops view and a glimpse of San Vito's cathedral, table and chairs. The staff was outstandingly helpful, super kind, I totally loved them. Very very good quality/price.
Hard to say, I can just list very few advices: got some very unreliable problem in the bathroom, the lavatory drips a bit from the pipe, maybe someone should fix it. Some more electricity plugs near the bed would have been useful (there are those for the lamps) but really no problem for us
