Good location, easy to find. Large rooms & each unit is stand alone with its own car port which is great in this potentially cold location. Very spacious bedroom & bathroom plus it has an outside walled courtyard which would be great in reasonable weather. Nice addition to a good motel.

Initial contact being pre booked seemed too be a bit difficult for them but eventually my credit card must have been acceptable even through we were paid up days in advance. NO GLASSES in kitchen so would be better if guests had use of glasswear. Taps in bathroom were hard to turn off, we hate to waste water so maybe new washers in taps would be a good start. We actually ran out of hot water in shower even though we are most water use careful. These are not complaints as we liked this motel but might help just get things right.

It is difficult to find good pet friendly accomodation. We have been staying at Belvoir Village for years, a perfect break in our trips to and from Melbourne. Pet friendly rooms have a small private courtyard, which are great for our little dog. I left behind a valuable item. The manager called me the next day to tell me that the item was found (I hadn't noticed it missing) and mailed it back to me. Above and beyond basic service.

There is a fee for pets, but this is common practice and is well worth it.

Clean and very spacious motel units. Very 70’s but good. Comfortable bed. Ideal for traveling with dog and extra people in second bedroom. Courtyard with large table and chairs as well as kitchen bench and large fridge. Good tv. The cute pool looked nice but we didnt get to use it. We were able to eat in buying from adjacent Oporto ( chicken/ salad/ burger) and there was a second burger place and a coffee place. There is also a tavern opposite.

If very hot weather recommend a second air-con - for second room, as units large.

Large room with high ceiling and a mini kitchen, along with a large bathroom and a private courtyard provided a perfect overnight stay for us. So much better than other motel rooms we have stayed. The rooms are in blocks of two per building and have undercover parking next to room. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

We booked and paid thru booking.com and didn’t realise that the motel charges an additional $25 fee for a pet.

Exceeded my expectations, rooms is so spacious even has a courtyard for pets, bathroom was fantastic, comes with a kitchen and a huge 65inch smart tv, carpets are clean and new beds very comfortable, I cannot explain how surprised I was, I can tell the owners really take pride in the fantastic service and facilities. Very impressive will definitely make belviour my stop over for my travels.

Dog friendly motel. Had a small concrete backyard with a high fence attached to the unit to allow my dog to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. A 10 min drive to a fantastic enclosed off leash area for dogs. Two sep areas - one for confident active dogs, and another for the quieter, non confident pooch

A little close to a busy road in an industrial area.

Wonderfully clean, our cat was very welcome, there were laundry and kitchen facilities in our unit, comfy beds, daily room service, friendly staff, nice outlook! Our unit had good soundproofing, so even though the location is near a busy road, we slept soundly. The secure yard out the back was a great hang-out spot for us and our cat.

It's possible the cleaning products used for the otherwise nice towels gave my child a rash. The main room was a little too warm overnight as the reverse cycle air-conditioning was in the lounge area.

Very large, super clean room, perfect for a break in a long drive. Staff are very helpful.

Property is dated but great. Worth noting if you have mobility issues, there are 2-3 steps into the unit, and no rails in the shower or near the toilet (and the bathroom is very spacious with limited items to hold onto). There’s also a largish step into the shower.

We had stayed 2 nites earlier and had a newly renovated disability accessible room,which was excellent. The second time the room was not newly done, and was definitely 70's but was adequate and very clean, with new carpet. Plenty of parking for the large trailer I was towing. Located at a major intersection, but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. Right opposite a great Pub with good meals.

No TV in the renovated bedroom. Rooms have an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, but the moss covered concrete needed to be pressure cleaned, and could have had some plants of some sort as it was a good private area.

Big comfortable room with good beds and a small kitchenette which was handy. Nice to have Netflix. Great pet friendly accommodation, even had an enclosed courtyard. Grassy areas and a small park nearby.

The style of the room means there's no insulation which made it necessary to keep the heater on overnight. We were warm though.
