Pisa Villa Tower Inn has a great location close to the Leaning Tower, making it a convenient choice for visitors to Pisa. Our room for four had two bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were quite small. The balcony was a nice addition, providing a small outdoor space. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the pleasant garden on the front yard. The hotel staff were too few and seemed very busy the entire time. Nevertheless, they were friendly and did their best to ensure guests’ comfort. Dogs up to 20 kg are welcome, but there is a dog fee of €15 per night, which can be expensive for longer stays. This is a good place for a one-night stay, with a short distance to the airport as well.

The shower hose was far too short, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited, and unfortunately, most items were gone about half an hour before the official end time. There were two types of bread, which were not particularly good. Only two slices of cheese and some cold cuts remained. Yogurts were out of stock, and only a few sweet pastries were left, but those were good. The hotel’s parking area is located in the backyard, but the driveway leading there is very narrow. A medium-sized SUV just barely fit on the driveway, so larger vehicles might find it challenging to access. Price 15 €/day

The staff were all so accommodating, they got us drinks when we arrived as our flight was early and it was so hot even though they were frantically tidying up for the next guests. The location was great, little outside area for you to just have 5 minutes away from the Pisa crowda. Sky television which might not be everyone's preference on holiday in Italy but with an 11 year old in august meant he could have some down time in the cool Aircon. Nice cold fridge for drinks to be kept in. Breakfast we did not have but the little dining area looked lovely. Attic room for 2 adults and 11 year old was lovely and spacious - which we did request with a cheeky little view of the top of the tower out of the window.

Nothing really. This is not a chain hotel though with lots of facilities but a cheap, clean base with lovely staff and good location then which I would go back to.

Very good value for money. Amazing location only 5 min walk from the tower area. And close to several bus lines for station and 10 min walk from historical city center Amazing view on the tower from the suites under the roof. Breakfast was OK, simple but fresh. Room was kindly prepared for us 4 although they said they could not prepare it for 4 persons but the staff kindly arranged it prior to our arrival. Nice garden-terrace outside. Staff was kind. Beautiful house transformed into a charming hotel.

Nothing really negative. Just visitors should know before there is no elevator because it s an old beautiful house. But ok we knew it so we understand.

The staff were excellent, incredibly helpful both in the lead up to our stay and whilst we were there. Giving advice via WhatsApp before arrival about train strikes and offering solutions etc., The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view! Also the bed and pillow were excellent quality allowing for a fantastic nights sleep!

More choice at breakfast in terms of food options. The coffee was excellent and the member of staff servicing was so sweet that they even put our coffees in takeaway cups when our taxi arrived.

We stayed in the Villa Tower Inn for one night before catching a flight home. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed, even a kettle! The hotel , which has a car park, is a 10 min walk from the Piazza del Duomo and 15 min drive to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to walk the city walls before our afternoon flight home. But there are plenty of coffee shops an restaurants close by.

This hotel was close to the leaning tower. We stayed here one night and it was a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Parking was a challenge as the entry to the lot behind the hotel was extremely narrow. (My brother drove the SUV we rented and I think he actually enjoyed the challenge.) There were a few steps to get luggage into the hotel. The beds could use memory foam toppers.

Really quirky hotel makes a difference from the usual chain hotels. Very clean with nice staff… especially the lady taking care of the breakfast area/ coffees. We had the Tower Room with a beautiful view. It’s so close to the main historic area of Pisa so very easy to get around.

It’s on a busy main road so if you have the windows open expect a lot of traffic noise. Our double bed although comfortable made a lot of noise on one side … almost like it was on broken wood. Drain smell in the bathroom but nothing major.

We have stayed here previously and the location was one of the reasons we booked again. It's a short walk to the main Pisa attractions but just as importantly for us its also a short walk to a small train station. The attic room with narrow windows gave nice views of the Duomo and Tower and the furnishings in room and bathroom were very tasteful and high quality. We were allowed to leave our luggage before and after check in/check out was helpful and if in Pisa again we will certainly book another room.

Struggling to think of anything negative at all but maybe an English speaking TV channel would have been nice.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the Pisa San Rossore train station (NOT Pisa central) and the Leaning Tower. My room was on the ground floor near the reception. I was initially worried that it might be too noisy but it wasn’t at all. My room was very comfortable with a large terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. The staff are very helpful.

For a deluxe room the toiletries could have been better quality. A single small sachet of shower gel isn’t really deluxe!

The hotel location was prefect for leaning tower & many local restaurants literally 5 to 10 min walk. The hotel staff were so helpful could not do enough for us & the rooms were so big, very comfy with kettle & fresh water. Pisa airport is 15 min drive by cab roughly 15 euros, prefect.

The rooms not in the hotel WiFi had extremely weak connection.
