We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff was very friendly and gave us a detailed tour and explanation of everything. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. The hotel is child-friendly — a lovely touch was the toy piano they placed in our room, which made our kids really happy. We ordered breakfast to our room and it was delivered on a trolley with freshly brewed coffee, juice, eggs, pancakes, cheese/ham, and the pastry of the day. It took us 25 minutes to walk downhill to the city center, but for the way back, it’s better to take a taxi or have more time as the climb up the hill is quite steep. There’s a minimarket right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Food delivery from restaurants (via the Wolt app) also works perfectly at this location. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend Sigma Suites.

I stayed at the Sigma Hotel in room 501 in connection with a conference at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. It is a particularly nice and modern hotel, offering a beautiful view of the city and the bay, and the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect and in 100% order. If I have to revisit Thessaloniki again, I would book the same hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this charming and luxury boutique hotel run by a wonderful team. Every corner of this establishment exudes warmth and attention to detail, making our experience truly unforgettable. The recently designed rooms (we stayed at the 4th floor with a view to the see, olymp and sundowner) were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable (we loved the mattresses). It was evident that every element was carefully chosen to ensure our utmost comfort and enjoyment during our stay. The staff deserves special commendation for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to cater to our every need. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants (Tsinari restaurants are great) or beaches in Chalkidiki.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Thessaloniki! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making me feel instantly welcome. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view — enjoying it from my private jacuzzi on the terrace was pure magic. The room was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with large windows that perfectly framed the stunning scenery. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious amenities, reflected a high standard of care. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Aegean was a dream. Fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and excellent coffee set the perfect tone for each day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki — whether you’re looking for relaxation, romance, or a beautiful base for exploring the city. Very nice boutique hotel. We had a nice experience in Thessaloniki in this hotel. The room was spacious, cca 50sqm. We loved the interior design, which is fabulous, nice details, everything is in high quality. I would like to have these things at home as well. The bed is super comfy. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast was served in the room, there is no other option. It was delicious and with wide variety. We booked a sea view apartment and we were upgraded to the suite with jacuzzi on the balcony with view to the city and the sea.😎. We loved it, thanks! 🙏 I can higjly recommend this hotel in case you look for accommodation in Thessaloniki. The location is not central, but everything else would compensate you for the distance. The taxi is not expensive, so you can walk down to the city centre and come back by taxi. 😀 There is no question we would choose the same hotel in Thessaloniki. Congratulations to the owners and employees for this gem. 👍

Feel like u are in your own home

There is nothing that I didn’t like about it. However, anyone wanting to walk to town should be prepared for a 40-minute walk downhill, and the return trip uphill.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the incredible attention to detail that has gone into every aspect of the design. The room concept is not only thoughtful but absolutely perfect – every element seems carefully considered to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view over the city. We were lucky enough to witness the sunset from our terrace. The friendliness and warmth of the staff are remarkable. No matter what we needed, they were always there to help with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the greece-language-cheatsheet offered by one of the nice staff members there. But next time we won’t - for sure! We are certain: we’ll come back just for this hotel alone. Thank you for such an extraordinary experience!

I have seen lots of luxury hotels. This one is very good. It’s clean. It’s cosy. It’s homie. The rooms are nice and fully equipped. The location is really good, close to most of the attractions. I liked the bed: it’s important you can sleep in comfort. The parking is free and it’s right near the hotel entrance. The breakfast- wow! Not only it’s tasty it’s served into the room. And because the room is big and has a small kitchenette it’s so comfortable and sweet! Rooms has a great balcony: with table and chairs, with good viewing. And for those who smoke I understood, with possibility to smoke. But the most important is the team of this hotel: the team is just perfect, everyone is so kind, sweet and attentive! I was met my the owner personally, and just fall in love with her (in a spiritual way) : it was so good to have a nice, interesting conversation with intelligent and nice person! And are the other all in the reception and overall hotel. So as I wrote in the beginning, I saw lots of luxury hotels, but the hotel so homy and sweet so rare. It’s a truly treasure

It’s a perfect hotel on my view

A new, modern, very clean, lovingly and individually decorated suite hotel in a quiet residential area near Thessaloniki's Old Town. Four parking spaces in front of the hotel and more a few streets away. The staff, from the hotel owner Sofia to the receptionists and cleaning staff, were very friendly and accommodating. Our maisonette suite was perfectly furnished and equipped, including a fully equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated the genuine hospitality of the hotel staff.

It was very clean, spacious, all new, great staff. Stairs a bit steep, but for adults - not a problem. Great gym.

Breakfast - not included. 25 min by foot to city center, but that’s great walking distance. Sustainability. If there is sign - if you hang your towel, we will not change it, please kindly follow that. I understand that house cleaning did great job to kleen so carefully all around, including changed towels who were hanging… If they are not on floor, please leave them hanging 🙃
