The front desk clerk (from Mongolia) was wonderful! She was kind and professional and even helped us to our room with all of our baggage. She was so helpful and kind. The bed was great, the room was air conditioned and the comforter was wonderful! We enjoyed a relaxing time in the hot tub and a refreshing time in the pool.

The bathtub floor was very slippery when I went in to take a shower and I almost fell. Whatever product they are using to clean it leaves it slippery. I would suggest you put bathtub mats in the shower or a notice in the bathroom that folks be careful. Also, the water didn't drain as fast as it should have but all in all, it was fine. The voices/activity in the parking lot next to the hotel was a bit loud but I don't think that is something the hotel can control.

Great price and location, very comfortable beds - rooms have refrigerators which is nice. Also has a pool and hot tub but we did not use them.

Does have coffee in their "breakfast" lounge, but no other amenities - although you can easily get food at convenience store across the street, and a Hannafords nearby. Hotel just needs to be freshened up, halls and lobby seem dated and in need of upgrade.

This is our 3 trip to this hotel and my 2nd or 3rd review and honestly nothing bad to say my family and I love coming here priced right, convenient location, friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub, rooms are always good, they have a community room we played cards and dominoes, plenty of food selection close by. Well worth the price 100% recommend

the staff is great just a little suspicious of the older caucasian guy with the Kane at the front desk caught him zoomed in on the kids playing in the pool but he quickly zoomed out which I found to be weird also when we was in the community room there was a Spanish OK family in the community room having breakfast/lunch and he came up and started harassing them something about cash or something along those lines I found it to be kinda rude to do infront of the other guess especially as they were going to be checking out (they had their bags and was meeting everyone in the community to eat before they left) it could have been resolved then

This was our 2nd stay here we love it Check in was fast and easy hotel staff was friendly and laid back the room we had was room 206 we had a nice view of the parking lot and stores around us the bed was comfy the room comes with a decent size fridge a little table with 2 chairs plenty of outlets and of storing space (dresser nightstand and hanging area) the bathroom was ok shower is big has a sauna light and blow dryer. The pool was warm the first night but cold the Devon night the jacuzzi was nice and hot there was plenty of towels and seats there is a sliding door if you need to go outside for some Fresh air also if you go down stairs there is a sauna and bathroom

Be aware when your checking in (we was not told til check in) they hold up to $100 on your bank card for damages. The pool was and Jacuzzi is in need of a good clenaing our room door didn’t fully close ever we had to make sure it was closed when we left and came in

Fine place to stay the night. Easy to check-in, friendly staff. Room was small. Nice to have coffee in the morning, looks like they used to offer breakfast but not anymore. The heating was a little weird, it would get very warm in the room quickly if we didn't have AC on. Got the job done for one night

The front desk attendant was friendly, explained things clearly. Everything was clean, room was spacious enough.

There's coffee, but wish there was still breakfast offered. The AC unit in our room 210, was very loud and vibrated when on AC, putting it on fan mad it so the vibrating wasn't there.

Always greeted with a smile and all the things pertaining to stay. Anything you need happy to get you.

AC unit was turned on and stunk. We always usually check filters first. It wasnt cleaned for well over a year so we pulled out and put aside. So upon leaving we told them and they were going to replace whole unit and very apologetic. We never have ever had an issue at this hotel and this was probably our 15th stay.

The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the comfort, and my girls loved the pool/hot tub area. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The pool area was quite slippery in some places, but there was at least a warning sign, so no complaints. Absolutely nothing that would keep us from coming back, we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. We plan on staying longer next year.

Everything... The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Excellent service. Great value. Whatever they use in the hallways it smells great. Quiet and thhe King bed was super comfortable.

Maids didn’t clean room all The way one night. Also the back stairway needs a complete remodel. Very dirty. Would love a breakfast option
