The location, just 1 minute walk to the beach which you can take a long walk on, easy car park outside the hotel on the street where space was always available (despite that people wrote different stuff about the car park), and a nice host the hotel owner.

There was no breakfast available while I was there- The size of the room, Twin room, which I had booked and should be 26m2, was not more than 16m2. Good to stay for a couple of nights, but not for me who stayed for 6 nights and needed to stay for one more week. Old building which of course looks nice, but can smell a little bit of damp which I am not used to.

Had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and tidy and a lot bigger than I expected. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great pressure in it and overall fantastic stay The landlady was lovely, very welcoming, and helpful she was very chatty (I love to yap ), making us feel like family rather than just a paying guest My son (he's 7 ) wanted to stay another night he didnt want to leave !! I was a bit nervous about staying out on my own with my son, but all the nerves had gone once we were here. I look forward to coming back again

The rooms where nice and clean, and had everything we needed, with the extra bonus of a little fridge. The staff where all nice and friendly and easy to chat with and gave us some ideas of places to go which was a great help for us wee town lassies, they kept us right, the staff even came and double checked we still didn't want breakfast. We did change our minds and it was past breakfast times but they sorted us both out with a yummy breakfast, was a great stay and highly recommend visiting here ☺️

Didn't not like anything, was a perfect place to stay and would definitely go back

Breakfast - There was a selection of fruit juices, cereal and grapefruit to start with followed by a cooked breakfast which was very nice. Room - The room was comfortable, not big but perfectly adequate. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was modern, clean and the shower had plenty of heat. Location - excellent location, very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. What really stood out was the service from Linda. She is a lovely lady and very considerate. I was travelling down from Paisley and I knew I was going to be a bit early. Linda contacted me to advise me the room would be available before 3pm which was very kind of her and most convenient for me. Overall I would describe the hotel as a comfortable "no frills" hotel in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly, I felt very welcome there and I would definatley book again on my next trip to Ayr. On street parking is available in front of the hotel and across the road and I had no difficulty getting parked.

I had no issues at all.

Not very far from Main Street, in a quiet area, there is a house (200 years old), with all modern facilities, the owner is Linda, an amiable lady, ready to answer all questions and requests. The room is large, full of light, warm. The shower cabin is large enough to have space to move around. The dining room is elegant, bright and a good breakfast (excellent scrambled eggs, real coffee). I had no time to spend the evenings in the sitting room, but I hope everywhere is the same atmosphere

the weather!!!!!!

The location is fantastic easy walking access to Ayr beach and esplanade, likewise the city centre , ample parking near hotel. The rooms are very spacious , comfortable (bed especially) tea and coffee ect. The breakfast is outstanding freshly cooked , this was my third visit over 6 years and the standard has been the same , But by far the best feature has to be the staff and your host Linda nothing is to much trouble for them , will i return you bet I would ..thankyou again for a wonderful if brief stay ..

There isnt anything to dislike in my opinion .

Location was excellent for my needs. Room was quite large even though advertised as a small double and it had a more than big enough shower room.

Tv had a mind of its own. It froze a few times but turning it off at the wall and back on fixed it.

A good location of the hotel on a cozy street near the center and beach. Parking opposite the hotel, which is very convenient and affordable. The room has everything you need, like a kettle, hair dryer, mini refrigerator. We had the opportunity to arrive earlier and settled without surcharged. We will gladly return to this hotel the other time

Near to town centre and bus station, pubs and restaurants. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty. Room was very comfortable and has excellent facilities. I will definitely stay here again

I really can't find any fault with the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay over the 2 nights I spent here.
