The property is located across the street from the Phoenix Arena (south entry), which was super convenient for the event we attended. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and the beds were comfy—definitely made for a restful stay.

I wasn’t aware the hotel was located on the back side of the Phoenix Arena, which made it a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and bars—not ideal if you’re in heels! Especially after a concert, when you’re looking to grab a bite or go bar hopping after your event at the arena, the location felt a bit out of the way. Breakfast was decent but not very filling. We ate around 7:30, and when we went back for seconds, there were no warm items left. It seems they only put out a limited amount, and once it’s gone, it’s gone—which was definitely a bummer. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of perm chemicals, which was strange.

Across the road from the back of Footprint Centre and 5-min walk to metro stops. Easy connection to the airport for those without a car. Comes with a decent buffet breakfast ideal for short stayers and a large breakfast area. Room is clean and spacious with a microwave oven. In house washing machines and dryers are coin-operated and only accept quarters ($3 each). You can change for coins at the reception desk for $10 (no change given).

Wi-fi is sketchy. Receptionists are generally friendly but do not communicate instructions well enough. Room cleaning service is on alternate days.

The rooms were spacious and met all of our needs. It was stocked well enough with kitchen utensils even though we didn't really use them. Great location for games and restaurants.

Need better directions/instructions for valet since that is the only option. There isn't an obvious main entrance and we drove around the building once. It didn't help that Google maps wasn't very helpful either. The only issue with room is that the carpet was heavily stained. However, I'm sure they've been very busy as a new hotel in an ideal location and it's hard to find time to carpet clean.

The room was very comfortable, with lots of seating and a well appointed kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early enough that we could check in before heading to our concert venue, which made things so much easier for us. They were clearly trying to make that happen. You don't usually see staff going above and beyond like that at a hotel. The little snack bar by the front desk was perfect for a late night, after concert bite to eat back in your room. They even had frozen dinners and ice cream!

Not the fault of the hotel, but I didn't like getting stuck at a train crossing a block away from the hotel. Good thing to note is that there is an underpass, but GPS won't necessarily direct you that way. Also good to note that I didn't hear the train at all from our room.

First of all, Blaze was amazing! He is one of the valet drivers. He took amazing care of our vehicle and showed us where to go and what to do. Parking on the street made it difficult to see the actual entrance, but he was very helpful and showed us where to go. Thank you Blaze!!

The property is perfect. Great location for the stadium games. The only negative is you can hear everything. Loud people, loud stomping upstairs, loud people screaming and yelling in the hallways. This isn’t the property’s fault, but just know that it can get loud at night. People are loud. Just facts. Bring earplugs.

Location is wonderful when planning events and activities downtown. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean. Lobby staff is quite friendly and quick to answer questions. The suite was very spacious, modern, and mostly clean. I loved having a kitchenette and dishes to use during my stay. Easy elevator access and valet parking is a plus.

My shower floor was absolutely dirty. Not stained, dirty. Shampoo ran out after 1 person had a shower and the lobby didn't pick up the phone to be able to ask for more. The rooms only lighting are 2 small lamps on each side of the bed or the natural lighting from the window. You have to pay for the hotel parking which is absolutely ridiculous because it is a private parking area. Valet is sometimes very full and you have to wait until there is space in the area to be able to pull over for service.

I would have given the hotel 10 stars but I chose pay at the hotel from booking.com so my friend and I can split the bill. We checked in and told the lady at the front desk that we were going to split the bill and she said no problem. Checked out but the bill wasn’t split. And I was charged the whole bill. Called them and they said they can’t split this bill cuz we reserved via third party. We’ve been using booking.com for years and always choose pay at the hotel and we’ve had no problems until staying at this hotel!

Stayed here for one night for the Ateez concert at Footprint Center and it was literally across the street from the venue! We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we arrived and he helped us with parking our vehicle. The room was very clean and well prepped for our stay. The AC in the rooms is amazing, but front lobby area does get stuffy during the day.

Honestly it felt overpriced and parking seemed a bit expensive ($40 valet parking). Breakfast options were underwhelming and not much variety. Front desk lady that checked us in was rude for no reason.

The room was large and modern. It was very clean and comfortable. The TV was great and amenities were complete and up to date. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent since I attended games at Chase Field.

I chose this pricy hotel because I figured I would save money not having to pay for Chase Field parking. It turned out that there is no self parking at the hotel and the required valet fee was $40/day. This was not mentioned in their ad. Very deceptive! Also the breakfast was nothing special.

Specifically booked so could walk to Chase Field for a concert. Filled my needs for that one reason. Staff was very nice upon check-in. Valet quite patient as we asked a few questions about where our vehicle would be parked.

The listing should have been quite clear that it was valet parking only at an additional fee. Instead said "private parking". I sent a question to the hotel about the parking and it was not answered. Breakfast was the usual over processed carbs and sugar, but there were apples.
