Staff was very accommodating. Plans changed and they able to get us a room for a second night. I needed to change from 2 to the room to 3 and needed to change rooms from king to 2 beds. They took care of everything while I was at the hospital with a sick husband. Thank you to the staff! Great job!

Clean rooms, sweet staff, safe environment and near lots of shopping and places to eat.
The keys kept stop working n we had to keep going to down to lobby every time we left.

I enjoyed how Friendly the front desk clerk was and how knowledgeable she was. The hotel was beautiful, clean and enjoyable.
Our mini fridge, coffee maker did not work. But that was ok.

Breakfast was hot, well-appointed for many different tastes. Bed was comfortable. Pool was open until 11PM, which in Phoenix area is IMPORTANT in August/September.
There was a light fixture floating in the pool; we alerted the hotel via their website, Within 1 day they responded saying they were looking into it to repair.

Really nice staff. Very helpful. I had a problem with the WiFi and they not only fixed it, they gave me a high speed connection at no cost to me. Nice breakfast, pool, hot tub. Really a great property and staff!

Everything was great! . overall everything was great! Breakfast was light first day but on the second day much more selection!
Refrigerator in our room was a lot smaller than expected. Also wasn't cooling properly.
