It was immaculate, in a perfect location for the water and I was fortunate enough to have parking on the drive. The lady running it was very kind and helpful.

I was really cold - I wasn’t very well, which didn’t help, but considering the price I think the heating should have been on more often. There was a bathroom heater but it was not on, and although the owner kindly put the heating on for me for a short while in the evenings, unfortunately it wasn’t sufficient to warm and dry the bathroom. The bathroom itself was freezing. I had to sleep in a jumper and socks and was still really cold in bed. I’d recommend bringing warm bed clothes. Otherwise it was a really great stay and if you are not someone who feels the cold I’m sure it wouldn’t bother you.

Was in a perfect location to walk to town and the beach (Less than 5 mins) plus a bus stop at end of the road for Ramsgate etc. Free parking was available which is hard to get in Broadstairs. Great recommendations for local restaurants etc. A wonderful couple who were so friendly and warm and it was a joy to be in their home as we felt so comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, breakfast was perfect, the bed super comfy and great shower. It was immaculately presented and cared for (probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in) and you can tell how much they care. Would reccomend this in an instant and will be back for sure.

Our whole stay was wonderful - the B&B itself is spacious, comfortable, beautifully thought out and incredibly clean. Adam and Jo were wonderful hosts, they were welcoming, warm, helpful and kind, and definitely went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The location is perfect - a 5 minute stroll into town, but far enough away that it was very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend to anyone else visiting Broadstairs!

The room is really nicely set up with everything we needed. It’s not fussy or over decorated. Great, quiet location, easy walk to beach and from train station. The breakfast had choice of sugar-free and whole grain, with real yogurt and freshly cut up fruit. Plus salmon. If you want sweet, that’s also a choice. Love that it’s delivered to the room. Plenty of tea and coffee. Love that we could be independent. Jo answered any question promptly. Super easy check in. Super clean. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and shops, and tucked away in a quiet residential street. The room was a great size, the bed was lovely and comfortable, everything was immaculate. I also enjoyed the hamper breakfast, if you wanted, there was enough food to keep you going most of the day, and presented beautifully. Jo was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming. I have already booked my next stay, and Lazy Days will always be my choice when I stay in Broadstairs. I have stayed in a lot of bnb's over the years and can honestly say this has been the best one for me. Well done Jo and Adam

We had a fantastic stay, very spacious, great storage in terms of wardrobes etc. excellent location, a very short walk to some great restaurants and of course the beach. The bed and pillows were also great for a good night's sleep .And last but not the least the host was warm, welcoming & helpful.

Jo and Adam, the owners, were very friendly and accommodating. They responded promptly to our questions. Our rooms were large and spotless with some comfy chairs. The location is fabulous in a quiet residential street within easy walking distance to restaurants/bars and seafront.

We liked how clean and bright the room was, everything was perfect. It’s on a lovely quiet street 5 mins walk from the beach, the breakfast was so sweet and the host Jo was absolutely lovely!! If we could have given 11/10 stars we certainly would 👍

Like the idea of the breakfast hamper, Car parked on premises and stayed there for the duration, very close to sea front ant restaurants, etc. The proprietor, Jo, was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptional well presented and very clean.
