Staying at Radisson Blu Elizabeta Riga for two weeks, exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I have stayed at similar establishments in Latvia over the years and this was by far the best: everything was spotless, sparkling clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. All the staff at the reception desk, went out of their way to do absolutely everything one requested, “Thank You – Ačiū “ for making our stay exceptional. They were exceptionally friendly and high professional. They are dedicated to their work and this translates to a wonderful experience for guests. The bed linen was crisp and the decor of the room lovely. Even the hairdryer was a good one, powerful one – not the usual ineffective low voltage ones usually found. The bathroom was beautiful and stylish. Breakfast was absolutely excellent. We will return for sure soon but for a longer period.

Temperature in rooms freezing. Personal settings in room for temperature doesn't do a thing.

Perfect located next to the park, perfect starting point to discover the city in all directions. To the main center it’s about 10-15 min through parks which is really nice! A small fitness area which is nice to do some exercises. The hotel is not too big what makes it more familiar. We would always prefer this Radisson Blue Elizabete (and not the other one (Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija), because the other one is huge, always busy and feels very stressful). The Radisson Blue Elizabete Hotel is the much better choice!

Nothing, everything was good 👍🏼

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice breakfast, we especially liked that there were cups to take coffee to go and everything was clearly marked. Nice staff, the check-in and check-out were quite fast.

The main problem was that we were charged again for the room after we left, even though we paid through booking.com in advance. We came back and were refunded, but the money reached my account only a couple of days later. It's not the end of the world, since it was a mistake and we got our money back. However, it was quite a lot of money and it can be an issue/ quite stressful if you are still travelling and need the money. So that kind of ruined the whole experience a bit. We also wish that there were nightstands next to both beds (instead of just next to one of them) and a better soundproofing in the bathroom would be nice as well, but those things are just "would be nice to have".

Room was not cleaned properly. Socks and underpants from previous guest was found in a room.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great area, directly across from a park, next to cafeterias and restaurants, and a few minutes away from the old town. The staff were really helpful, and we were very well looked after! During the holiday, my husband got in touch with the hotel from overseas to request prosecco to be left in our room which they arranged easily. And the cherry on the cake - I struggle to ever find hotel pillows to my liking and travel with my own pillow. Not only did they have a pillow menu here, but the pillows were actual perfection! Loved having a gym and sauna facilities too. Soundproofing was so good we wondered if there's anyone else actually staying on our floor! We were also provided with a travel adaptor wall plug - small things that make all the difference.

Being on the first floor with a courtyard room, the room was rather dark and dim, but otherwise everything was great.

The location of the hotel is perfect- a few minutes away from the old town , in front of a lovely park and close to the city shops and malls. It is a modern hotel with a good breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The front desk people are helpful and welcoming. I would like to note that Janis- the front desk man creatively solved a car parking problem since it was full and did his best to provide me with a parking space. He helped me with sites seeing and really deserves my sincere gatitude!!

Beds very comfortable, room a good size, bathroom modern with a decent shower. Nice towels. Breakfast was fab - something for everyone, I am sure. Plenty of fruit, cereals, nuts, seeds, hot food, berry smoothies, variety of breads, hot drinks, cold drinks etc. You wouldn't go hungry! Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Location excellent - a short walk from the old town, it seemed a really nice area, with a park opposite and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bars nearby.

The room was a little gloomy - could do with a brighter light to put on when needed. No bedside table by one of the twin beds which was awkward. At first we thought we could put the one bedside table between the beds, but there are no sockets there for the lights, phone or chargers.

Everything! Very friendly and welcoming staff, very polite and always helpful, they pay attention to every little detail! The bedroom was lovely and big, the large bed was very comfortable. All was clean. The view on the park was nice especially as it started to snow on the second day. The location is very good, all is within walking distance: museum, old city centre, restaurants (there are so many amazing ones!), bars (loads of them too, definitely recommend the craft beers ones). It is easy and quick to come and go to the airport with public bus service.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Requiring gluten free food, I was really pleased by the help I received. I was even given a box of Schar brand Maria cookies by the chef. At supper, the hotel made slight adjustments with the food for me. The room was nice and large and very clean. Despite requesting no room service, we were happy to see that the bed was usually made for us. The location of the hotel was very good for us.
