It was close to everything, I went for a walk along the long jetty pretty much right outside the hotel, visited Shelly beach which was only a few minutes away. The hotel was clean, presentable and affordable especially considering I was travelling on my own. I also went shopping at Westfield Tuggerah which was less than 20 minutes away. I didn’t use the facilities available but there was good range and plenty of parking. There was a view of the water from my room which was only on level 1 so was very surprised by that. The guy that was on was also very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly service. Access direct to club from rooms as husband he's disability. Can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lift and straight into club .

Disappointed with the back door of the club is locked at 11pm and you can't access your room. Club was open till 2am. Staff refused to open door and had to walk out front door through the carpark to access accomadation. Stayed due to direct access for Family Party in Pavillion room booked and husband has disability but staff in club still refused to unlock door to access our room.

The location was great. The fact that the club was joined to the hotel was excellent and unexpected bonus.

I paid for breakfast included in my room. The breakfast was not worth the money. That was a complete waste of money. It was so far from a continental breakfast that I have never seen anything quite so poor toast coffee and juice and yoghurt is not a continental breakfast. I would not have paid for it with my room if I had realised that I still had to buy breakfast

The hotel provided an access and certain discounts for the club next door, they cooked through whole day, which was very handy for us, especially when other restaurants closed at 2.00/3.00pm. In the evening, they were open till 2.00am. Whole hotel and room smelled very nice. Staff was friendly, helpful and smile all the time.

The hotel by itself looked bigger than actually it was, our room was quite smaller than we were expecting. The continental breakfast was served next door, but it was measured per person, for me as a big eater wasn't enough, but you could buy some extra eggs or bacon. It is located close to lake, but not really close to main street, you have to walk a bit or use your car.

Could not feel ac as it at the door not above bed and didn’t cool room much Have excellent Blockout blinds that completely blocked out the sun and the room is completely dark all day until open Staff is very nice and polite and are on the ball and always watching cameras as someone parked in Disability spot and didn’t have a permit and assisted me to find another close spot to the doors

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with nice view over the lake. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Easy on-site parking. Temporary membership to the adjoining Diggers Club was a real bonus. It provided excellent food at a fair price which eliminated any decision making and travel over where to eat. We would be happy to stay there again.

Limited free to air TV channels and in-house movies were pay to view.

The property is fairly new and therefore the room is very up to date and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable with a mattress topper for extra comfort. Parking is abundance, staff were friendly and the shower is hot with good water pressure. Entry into the Diggers Club is very convenient.

The room is sound proof but a lot of noise from the hallway is heard from the door.

The service at the RSL club next door was pretty poor but the hotel is not responsible for this part of the property I guess they had a robot delivering meals seriously crazy quite pathetic I seriously wondered who was managing the club I man sure this club could do well under great management it was very quiet and this was just around Christmas so I expected it to be busy and great Christmas theme but it wasn’t and the staff don’t appear to be very well trained but hotel staff were efficient and friendly so we do go back there a couple of times a year for family reasons but the club doesn’t seem to get any better a real shame

had a great view from the room and the room was as expected, clean and functional. our breakfast was in cafe attached to Ibis continental style but you could have ordered more but would have cost more. Staff were amazing and friendly.

we only found the downer was the bed. it was a little hard for our old bodies lol but it was clean, fresh and big enough. more signage is needed for the phone and if room service is available after you forget to ask.

Loved this place, bed was sooo comfy, staff were amazing & loved the fact it walked through to the Diggers club for breakfast & or dinner etc

Don't think they had completely finished cleaning the room prior to us entering because there was skid marks in the toilet bowl & a key card in the lights section when we entered but when the cleaner returned the next morning they removed the card.
