Near the beach with easy access. Great view from the bedroom.

The breakfast had a good selection but the food was not fresh enough. The fruit like watermelon looked like it was stored for some days. The baken was not freshly baked and eggs were tasteless. Nevertheless, the juice from the machine was not drinkable. The hotel has 1 small lift which was always occupied by some hotel staff. I had to walk the stairs once after the housekeeper decided to clean the mirror in the lift with chemicals while I was in.

We stayed 5 nights with our kids and had a fantastic time. The highlight was the huge family room with mezzanine. It was located in a separate building across the courtyard and was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The access to the beach was very convenient and it didn’t feel too far from the boat stop and not too far from the restaurants on the main street. There is a restaurant that has a fantastic play area for kids at the back and the food was superb. We loved our holiday and would return in a heartbeat ! I think the hotel was good value for money.

The evening menu at the hotel is disappointing. Not enough choice and not good quality food compared with local restaurants.

Location is exсellent. Close to both paid and free beaches. At the same time very calm area. Walking distance to main street and restaurants. Very good breakfast and friendly staff there. The size of the family room is surprisingly big.

The room is quite large, but not designed for a family with children on holiday at sea. There are almost no towel hooks in the bathroom. There is no place to dry wet swimsuits. Not enough shelves...

Good location. A few minutes to the beach, I can imagine how is it here during top summer season. Breakfast was nice. We ordered for additional price baby crib in one of the rooms. The staff was helpful . Very close to Venice, I didn't find any living rooms for normal price in Venice and didn't want to stay in Mestre, so Lido was an option

There was some confusing with our breakfast which was already paid, but the staff managed it finally. We were a big group and it might be confusing I guess

The hotel was very clean, with tidy rooms and excellent service. The staff were extremely kind and professional, which made our stay very pleasant. However, one small issue: the terrace closes at 11 PM and doesn’t reopen until 5 PM the next day. This was a bit inconvenient, especially since one of the best parts of a holiday is relaxing and spending time outdoors in the evening. We hope the hotel can reconsider the terrace hours to allow guests to enjoy it more

the staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Our room was situated at the back of the hotel which was nice and quiet. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and we had a lovely balcony looking out to the garden.

Overall great stay, the only downside was the location as it is a 30min+ ferry trip from centre of Venice to get to where the hotel was located. It was a 15 minute walk from the ferry port, I think you could get a bus but was easier for us just to walk. Felt sage in the town

I stayed in one of the quadruple rooms which is located outside the main hotel building. This is very spacious and has a comfortable bathroom. I made use of the very reasonably priced (12€) breakfast once, and there was a lot to choose from, including fresh yoghurt and fruits. The hotel is at walking distance (15min) from the boat stop and in a very safe area.

The quadruple room is opposite another quadruple room and the walls are very thin, so there was quite some noise from the neighboring guests. I chose this room because of the kitchen facilities, but apparently there is an extra fee to be paid to use the kitchen (which is behind a locked door). This is not clear in the Booking.com advertisement, and the staff was kind enough to let me use the kitchen without the extra fee. The beds were a bit hard to my liking, but that is very personal.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we received a free room upgrade, good value, close to beach (one public and one private), useful private parking inside hotel's garden (extra charge), but possibility to park free on the street. Quiet area, confortable beds, all necesary facilities.

Not much to complain for the price paid, but simply as suggestions: breakfast is good, but it could be more varied from day to day; the building could use some exterior renewal work.

We were welcome by a friendly and warm front desk staff member named Viviane. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean, nice, and spacious facing the beach. All the staff from the chamber maid to the front desk never failed to attend to our request. The toilet has bidet which is useful.

The only thing was we were not informed that if the temperature dip to 10⁰ degrees or if it's raining, the aircon will not be on. Thus, we need to open the window, and the mosquito and the fly started to come in, and they don't provide any mosquito or insect repellent, i.e., Vape plug in.

Fantastic location on Lido, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff were great, so welcoming and friendly and gave great advice on the local area. Breakfast was a big range and excellent quality. Easy to get from port too, just hop on the bus and it stops outside in a few minutes. Lido is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day in Venice or for a few chilled days on the beach. Our family room was huge, and allowed our teenage daughter her own space away from the main bedroom. I am so pleased we chose to stay here, it far exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Venice extra special - and for such a reasonable price too. Thanks to all at the hotel, I would recommend in a heartbeat

Only improvement for me would be to have a full length shower over the bath in the family room, instead of a lower shower attachment.
