The property is basically brand new. It smelled so good in the lobby & clean throughout. Our room had a mini kitchen in it & that was great since we were traveling with our young grandsons. We took them to the pool upon arriving there on Thursday afternoon & while it’s a beautiful Pool, the chlorine smell was SO strong it burned my nose & eyes. Whenever the chlorine smells that strong, it means the pool is dirty & should be cleaned. However, it’s early July & the pool was super busy, so that’s to be expected. The breakfast was just your typical hotel breakfast, but they had the staples & it was good enough. My only real complaint is that whoever was in the room directly above us was SO LOUD & it went on until sometime after 3AM. The floors are vinyl plank & while they’re gorgeous & clean… they’re loud whenever you walk on them, roll a suitcase across them, drop something, etc. We took the boys to the aquarium & hung out down by the river afterwards & it was very convenient to get to from the hotel. We really did enjoy our stay & will stay again when we need a little getaway!!

The breakfast could be a lot better!

Breakfast was great everyday, beds were so comfortable, the room, hotel, and pool were all clean and very well kept. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and seemed genuinely happy to help. We have 2 young children and they also really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely stay here again. Location was nice with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great for us!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and orderly. Even that we didn't get the opportunity to use it, the outside grill area and fire pit were very nice touches. A nice spot for friends and family to gather and also meet new friends. The hotel is close enough to downtown Chattanooga with just a short 12 minute drive.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Just keep doing what your doing Candlewood!

It was a great location, a newer hotel. The hotel was clean with laundry, gym, and swimming pool options.

Breakfast options were limited to just pork options, no meat alternatives like turkey. I suggest that if you have a room with the stove top, to stop by the market and buy your breakfast options and cook. The bed was firm. I'm guessing hotels don't like softer mattresses.

Hotel location seemed safe. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Nice room.

Only thing I noticed was I moved the recliner that was close to the bed and noticed a lot of dirt/dust under the bed and recliner. Rest of the room was pretty clean. Appliances worked, bathroom and rest of the room was clean.

Friendly staff and SUPER clean room. Location was good and check in was easy. Checkout was pleasant too. Front desk and housekeepers were very patient while we vacated our room.

Heat was on in hallways and elevator (80-85 degrees?) while it was already warm outside. Christmas music playing in Hallway in early October? More variety for breakfast.

The facilities were nearly neat and it smells so fresh when we walked in. I wish it had been warmer and we had more time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor are they had with a pool, grill, fire pit and even a dog area.

It was a little too warm in the building for my liking but I would rather not freeze.

It was very comfortable, I spend two days with my family and it was as expected.

Very few personal in he hotel working, we requested a towel and they couldn't provided at the room, we had to go to the lobby to pick it up.

Very clean hotel (No bugs). Breakfast is above average for hotel breakfast. Has a nice gym. Very pleased with our stay. Also is in a good part of town.

No complaints.

Flashing lights on the in room smoke detecters were bright at night.
