The lobby is like a clubhouse and very warm and welcoming with board games and good wifi throughout the property; it was a great place to relax and hang out or even get some work done, and they serve food throughout the day as well. The staff were all exceptional people (shoutout to Stephanie!), and we felt like we were at home by the end of our stay. It's also extremely well located for a tram into the city center, and you don't hear any street noise at all.

The rooms could do with some updating and maintenance. The beds are a little harder than I'd like, one light switch didn't work, and the bathroom door didn't quite latch.

I especially liked white clean bed sheets, big table, available hot water and facilities. The staff was also very kind and polite. Also, it was very careful from the hotel to provide guests with a Christmas card along with sweets and bottles of water.

There were little spiders in the room (on the bed, on the wall), probably there was a spider nest somewhere. Also, there was one missing chair in a 2-bedded room. We also couldn’t turn on the table lamp and a TV

The room was quite spacious and even though it was at the ground floor it was very quiet. I really liked the fact that the parking was available also during the night and it felt secure with the security gate at the entrance.

The room gave the feeling that it was not used for a long time.

The beds are comfortable and it’s quite an affordable stay, especially if you’re passing Strasbourg for a day visit on a long roadtrip (which was our case)

They don’t have a refrigerator and we found two bugs in our room (could be the heat, we visited in August)

It is just a nice stop over hotel with a very friendly host. It is a small room with good beds and a nice bathroom. For a stop over this is ok. Check in was very quick.

The hotel is located outside the town in a commercial / industrial area. No nice walk to nice pubs

The room was spacious and enougb for a short stay! There are many places to store your clothes and stuff. Hot water is available. The staff is super nice and always available to help. The stay is barely 4 minutes away from the tramway that takes you directly to the center.

Everything was nice, rooms were very clean, they offered to change sheets and towels every day, the check in was quite uncomplicated, the free parking was valuable and our dog loved the grass all around the hotel. Thank you.

A little fridge in the room would be appreciated.

- Small room - Wifi didn't work (as the front desk was already closed, the problem couldn't be solved).

It was great being on the bottom floor because I had my dog with me and it was easy to just be in and out for potty breaks

A new remote is needed The power button wasn’t working so I had to get up each time to turn on and or off the tv.

Easy to find close to stores and restaurants. The air conditioning was a life saver.

The WiFi did not work very well.
