Outstanding hospitality in a perfect location. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, however, what makes it really extraordinary is the staff. They are friendly, professional and competent, trying to make their guests feel comfortable in every aspect. The room was great with a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Water and nespresso pads were refilled daily. Very comfortable beds. We also especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. This trip was my birthday present and we got a cake and even a happy birthday song at arrival. Highly recommended!!

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Suite is spacious and very comfortable. My husband and I were celebrating a milestone birthday and upon check-in were surprised with an upgrade and a cake (waiting for us in the room). I can’t say enough good things about this property. The entire staff is welcoming and very friendly. The reception staff couldn’t be any nicer. The concierge is fantastic and provided great recommendations. We loved the daily breakfast and the happy hour each evening. For what you get, the overall value is absolutely worth it. This was our first time staying in a Taj property and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back.

A Girls' Getaway Fit for Queens – A Dream Stay at Taj Buckingham Suites! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!) We had the most unforgettable luxury girls' trip at Taj Buckingham Suites, celebrating two incredibly special ladies — and what a celebration it turned out to be! From the very beginning, the experience was simply exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Ankushpal Singh, the wonderful manager, who welcomed us so warmly and instantly made us feel like VIPs. To our absolute delight, he upgraded us to the stunning 3-bedroom King’s Suite — and let us tell you, it was by far the best room any of us have ever stayed in. Spacious, opulent, immaculate — it felt like something out of a movie. The entire hotel is the epitome of dreamy luxury. It doesn’t feel like your typical 5-star UK hotel (and trust us, we’ve stayed at many). There’s something unique and soulful about this place — and that comes down to one key thing: Indian hospitality. It’s unmatched anywhere in the world. Our magical day began with the most incredible Indian afternoon tea — a beautiful twist on the classic experience. The flavours, the presentation, the tea, the service — everything was flawless. We couldn’t get enough! Hands down, the best afternoon tea in the world. With full hearts and even fuller stomachs, we strolled around the iconic surroundings — just minutes from Buckingham Palace and Westminster Bridge, with the sun shining down on us like something out of a fairytale. Returning to our suite, we were greeted by a heartwarming surprise — our rooms had been beautifully decorated for the birthday girls, with extra cake and thoughtful touches that made us feel truly celebrated and so cared for. As if that wasn’t enough, we were invited for a private complimentary drink before heading to House of Ming for dinner — and again, 10/10. The food, the atmosphere, the service — just perfect.

Great location to Victoria station, lovely size room with everything we needed. Unlike most hotels we stay in now days there was plenty of bottled water available. Breakfast was fantastic.

We came back to the hotel late after watching a show. The restaurants are still open and surface. My partner has a cheese allergy and instead of saying we can do the salad without a cheese or the chips without cheese they just didn’t present either and they close the restaurant And didn’t offer us dessert, but we both would’ve eaten. We weren’t even the last people in there. But the hotel was fantastic.

Located in the heart of London at a stone's throw from the Buckingham Palace, which made it easy for us to just walk to all the major sights of London we wanted to show to our daughter. Excellent food (with a bias towards Indian cuisine admittedly) and generous afternoon tea and evening happy hour offer to boot. Michelin star restaurant Quilon is part of the premises, and it was lovely. Service is simply outstanding, and the suite we had was very well appointed and spacious too!

The staff were exceptional everyone of them worked to make our stay an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I have an exceptional experience. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

Only one thing I didn’t like by the end of my stay but let’s say it’s an individual behavior doesn’t reflect on the full experience

The suite was lovely and spacious. Location was excellent for where we wanted to visit. The breakfast was really good. The hotel arranged a cake, balloons and a signed birthday card from the staff for our granddaughter's birthday. It was a surprise for her (and us) when we got back to our suite. We didn't request this but thought it was a lovely gesture from the hotel and staff.

With Taj 51 Buckingham Gate, I am always assured that service will score 1000 out of 100. Not only do the people at Taj exceed your expectation by 10 times, but they treat you like their family, with compassion and dedication unparallel to any hotel in the world!! I am so overwhelmed by my experience. I am a devoted Marriot Bonvoy member who prefers the Ritz or a Marriot brand/Partner Hotel in a new city--except when I am in London. Taj will be my go-to hotel--always. I specifically want to give a huge shout-out to these amazing people-- Mohit, for making the check-in process very welcoming (last year I had expressed my slight disappointment that check-in was less personal, and this year, the change already went into action--what a difference). Amit for ensuring that our booking process was stress-free and there was no conflict due to double booking-- we found a last-minute upgrade in room size. A huge thanks to Shubham for ensuring that our breakfast and special meals could meet the dietary restrictions of my elderly mother. He was there every single day, at the Kona Cafe, to meet and greet all his guests. Tapan, who was on night duty, helped us arrange an emergency visit to St Thomas--the local hospital. And a very big thanks to Ron-- he made special efforts to come to visit my mother with flowers after she came back from the hospital. He sent a fruit platter to our room and came to revisit her before we left but more than that he was always there to help out. Lana for meeting all the in-room needs of my family. Gabriella at Kona Cafe and Harsh took care of us while were there. I am sorry, I forgot the name of other staff members, but there was not a single person at Taj who made us feel less than VIPs. Nelson took care of our tours and Tibor, as always rushed to get the Taxi for us when we left for outings. I wish I could give 10 stars in every single category. We love you all @Taj!!

Actually, nothing. However, I have one thing that made me feel guilty-- the elevators --the King's Suites have only one elevator, and all the courteous staff at Taj, step out and take the stairs to ensure their guests have priority. They were always smiling as they yielded to the guests--often stepping out, but we felt guilty--I wish the KIng's Suites had service elevators too. Other suites do have additional elevators. With my elderly parents, we had to rely on the elevators. My young son took the stairs most of the time.
