I stayed there for a business trip, everyone at the hotel was extremely nice from the doormen to the reception to everyone at the lobby and the Buffet Restaurant. They really made my stay quite easy and everyday would ask me if I needed anything. one employee at the lobby whose name I forgot was exceptionally helpful and she kept asking me if I needed anything everyday. I’m definitely visiting this hotel again for my next trips.

although everything was exceptional and the overall ambiance was great, I would say one minor thing I didn’t like was that the carpet of my room was dirty and I hope they change it.

I recommend this hotel in Erbil without a doubt. Breakfast and restaurants are great. All the staff speak English, all of them very kind to the guests. The rooftop bar is really nice, specially decorated for the soccer world cup.

outstanding stay and great location close to citadel. All the staff is extremely professional and kind. I just want to give a very very high positive comment for HADEEL; she was just incredible to help me organize my 5 days trip in Kurdistan, and she did everything possible to make my stay at EIH unforgettable. She really deserves many many thanks for the way she has welcoming and helping guests.

This is absolutely my favorite hotel in Erbil! This staff is clearly the best. Courteous, and extremely professional. Social, yet respect my privacy and boundaries. Ibrahim and Ayaz always remembers what I need, and give amazing service at the best pool in Erbil! The front desk always goes above, to accommodate my needs, effortlessly. You all make my feel like royalty. This was my third visit, not the last.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was hardly anything to choose from and whatever was there looked like it was a week old, a real letdown

Great location. Staff are excellent. Helpful and friendly. My room wasn’t ready as I arrived 10am but they brought me a drink and when ready came to get me. Room was comfortable. Great WiFi. Shower and water pressure was super. Breakfast buffet was amazing !! You can walk to the citadel and markets easily

All hotel employees were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful. If you prefer to eat at the hotel; the lunch was perfect as well with wide variety of dishes. The room was very clean and comfortable with a good air-conditioning and a beautiful view of Erbil. The rooftop was amazing at night. While checking out, Ibrahim and Usama from the reception gave us the necessary details and eased our way back to the airport. Thank you for this beautiful and high-quality experience.

The attitude of the counter personnel was very good and kind and helpful, her name was Mr. Ibrahim, also a lady with curly hair, also every request was done very quickly and correctly,

the only problem is the high noise of the hotel repairs and renovations.

The location was amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend staying there. Kurdistan is one of the most hospitable places we have ever visited and this hotel is a perfect example for that.
