The property is great! The rooms are clean and functional with everything you need. Cleaning available daily and the staff are very helpful. The common area was well stocked and a lovely place to eat breakfast. We all really enjoyed the swimming pool and it was so nice to have the shade over the pool. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

The only issue for us is that we didn’t have rooms next to each other. We were 2 adults and 2 children so had to split and sleep 1 adult and 1 child in a room and would’ve preferred rooms next to each other. Only other downside is that there was a bit of slime in the deepest end of the pool towards the end of our stay

The rooms are spacious enough, comfortable, clean and easily accessible with the code, so no need to carry a key. AC worked well which was a lifesaver during hot summer days. The service staff was super helpful and friendly, easily reachable through WhatsApp or in person at the property. There is a coffee machine and some pastries available all day every day and a small communal kitchen area with a fridge that can be used. The location is good, especially for getting to the Art & Science museum and park, there are bus stops nearby and the center is a 30 min walk away, but the beach is a 50min walk or 45mins with public transport so ended up using taxi quite a bit.

Having access to a pool was great, and the pool was nice and clean, but I wish they had some sunbeds for lounging. Currently they only have plastic lawn chairs and some cement benches so the pool is not super comfortable for an all-day lounge and sunbathing. Getting to the hotel and rooms is only by going up some stairs, no elevator available (but they have a chair lift attached to the stairs), so it can be tricky with heavy luggage. While not a big issue, the rooms could benefit from a small desk to work from and a mini fridge (even though you do have access to the communal one in the kitchen area which is close to all rooms).

The customer service from Maria was outstanding. I booked very last minute due to needing emergency accommodation for my mum and 2 teenage children. I chose the opera house mainly because of the pool. I hadn't seen it was closed but still so pleased this is where I booked. Although I was in the u.k, Maria kept me updated and went above and beyond to help my family. I've since found out she's this incredible with all her guests. She provided help every day from the language barrier to days out, food and activity recommendations and much more. I cannot thank her enough and will definitely visit with the rest of my family.

The Opera Team was amazing! Super helpful, caring, e everyone was wonderful, they felt like family!

The hotel is on the first floor, my 94 years old Mom needs a walker and there is no elevator, there is a quite slow electric chair to bring people with disabilities up and down but I had to carry the walker up and down every day. The owners tried to get s permit for an elevator but the city didn't grant it. It was the only sour note, going up and down with the walker, everything else was perfect! I really recommend this place, a hidden gem!

Excellent location—right next to Gulliver Park, with a bus stop two minutes away that takes you to the city centre or the beach. The bedroom is simple, with only a bed and a spacious bathroom. It has an iron and an ironing board. Nice staff - both the host and the housekeeper.

The only downside was the room being right in the common area, which could be noisy in the morning and in the evening when other guests were coming in, and not that private. I would advise asking for a back room.

Opera is very central, right beside the Jardí del Túria and (obviously, although it took a while for the penny to drop), close to the Opera. It's very quiet, which I didn't expect since 2 of the 8 rooms open onto the breakfast area. Everything is very clean. I can highly recommend it.

Like I said, the room opening onto the breakfast area made me worried, but, as it turned out, I was worried for nothing. (Peace and quiet are high in my wishlist for hotels).

Breakfast was not included with our stay but coffee, water, croissants and muffins were always available. We had access to a refrigerator and toaster and all of the dishes and silverware we needed in a clean, "common space". So we were able to bring things in and prepare our own meals. I love the keyless entry. Entry to the hotel and our room was with a personalized passcode. Maria was wonderful and so helpful!

I guess I assumed, since it is called Opera House B & B, that breakfast would be included. That was a bit disappointing but the central kitchen was well supplied so that we always had coffee and could bring in our own items to prepare.

A small, nicely set up and very cozy place. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean and pleasant. I loved it that I was allowed to control the temperature in my room - you very seldom get that at hotels. The common area with the coffee machine, a kitchenette and tables was very pleasant. Some free snacks available, although didn’t get to taste like cupcakes. Was going to the last morning, but somebody had decided to clear all the freshly restocked tray…

The hotel staff was very nice , they weren’t at the property all the time but if we had any problem we could reach them by WhatsApp. They had a tea corner in the public area, and a common fridge .

The breakfast was in a coffee shop beside the hotel, and we could choose daily between 2 kind of sandwiches and 2 kind of croissant ( normal and chocolate). This is good for maximum 2 days but for 5-6 days stay it’s not a good choice. Sandwiches were dry and they didn’t have any vegetables or fruits or butter. But this is not a hotel’s problem.

This is a beatiful place to stay in Valencia. Cozy and quite big room with perfect king-size bed, great bathroom, large common area with drinks & snacks available there. Hotel is located in a very nice place (district of different museums), close to the park which goes through the whole city. There are many well-rated restaraunts nearby. In overall, this place definitely exceeded our expectations, especially for that price.

Breakfast here = coffee + juice + small sandwitch / croissant in a cafe around the corner. Would suggest just not to buy it and have breakfast separately.
