A hidden gem on the edge of Swindon. The ideal location and minutes away from major road networks. The room was lovely, clean, and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was very nice with lots of fluffy towels, and the shower was very spacious and powerful. The breakfast room was well presented, with lots of choice. We had the cooked breakfast, which was extremely good, not greasey, and plenty of it. Our host was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

I honestly couldn't fault our stay. The only thing i would say was there wasn't enough milk provision in the room for making our tea and coffee.

Room was clean, large enough and there was plenty of hot water. Adam was a nice chap and very helpful. Prices were comparable to other places that didn't offer a breakfast so the brekkie was a bonus.

Nothing to complain about at the B&B. I struggled to find it because I was using a rubbish sat nav. It might help others to know that when you come off the dual carriageway (coming from the M4) you need to almost double back on yourself at the roundabout to head into the village and it is on the right hand side. The houses on the right are sequentially numbered and not all even or all odd as you might expect.

After a lovely day at cotswold nature park we travelled about 30 mins to orchard house we was greeted by Adam who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our room which was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable we had a lively night sleep and woke up to a beautiful cooked breakfast with top quality products (not your average greasy fry up) Adam was kind enough to accommodate for my 5 year old who can be fussy at times by making him pizza toast (cheese on toast with pesto) 10/10 for me will definitely stay here again.

It was a simple, no pretense property but the owner was very hospitable. It was new and clean. Room was spacious with a study table and 2 chairs. In many hotels that I’ve stayed in, even the big branded ones, I had often to call reception to ask for another chair. There were also USB ports by the bedside. We came in late and there was a pub less than 2 min walk away. There was also free parking in front. Location was good and one could use it as a base to explore Cotswold. I strongly recommend it as a good B&B to stay it. Great value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Orchard House in Swindon. Adam was a fantastic host welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our visit. The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and we loved that each room had its own en-suite. The vegetarian breakfast was absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with care. Thank you, Adam, for such a lovely experience!

It was in a very quiet area. All shows closed by 10.

The room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Shower facility had instant hot water. Bed was very comfortable. There was a desk to work from if needed and good coffee / tea making facilities. I did not have any breakfast but was offered it. The location while not central to the town had a couple of pubs within walking distance for meals. Overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely use it again if I was in the area.

There was nothing I did not like. Maybe a small mini fridge could be put in?

Our host was friendly and helpful, making a tasty and generous full English breakfast for us every morning, which we greatly appreciated. He readily supplied us with whatever we needed. Good location near the highway to explore the sights in the area, including the Cotswolds, Bath, Oxford, Stonehenge, etc. The room was basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. In the common dining room, a fridge and a microwave were available for use at any time.

We liked everything

The house is so clean, the bedrooms perfectly made up, the bathrooms small but perfectly adequate and so clean - including all the grouting and sealant. Adam was ready for my breakfast - well cooked and hotter than a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Free parking, triple glazing at the front but the road is quiet overnight. Great great value.

It’s a trek from the centre of town but you can leave your car on site and travel by bus (every 30 mins). Handy for the bypass though and opposite the rat trap PH for a pint and a meal.

The private room.lovely comfortable and good size. Had a desk and separate large shower which was far better than most I had tried in Swindon. Great fried breakfast very tasty abd good quality Plenty of parking out front so that was an added bonus Garden to rear.

You couldn't use rear garden no outside space.

Greeted by Adam(sorry, can't remember his name), but he was so nice and very welcoming. The room was super clean and quite modern. The bathroom and shower were awesome. Took our order for breaky tlwhen we arrived and in the morning, breakfast was ready for when we asked and it was freshly prepared.

I can not fault it.
