Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was central to outlet shopping and not too far from other attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay but we chose not to eat a second time because of sickness of kitchen staff who was obviously sick and preparing food.

It was nice inside and even had a very pretty outdoor area with a fire pit and pool although we didn’t get to use the outdoor area due to the time of year. The breakfast was good. They offered free bottled water 24 hours which was super convenient. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was convenient to shopping and not far from downtown Charleston or beaches. Staff were all very friendly.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but not a huge deal for our long weekend. The a/c didn’t circulate well at night causing the side near the unit to be cold but the other side of the room to be warm. We just rearranged the people who got cold/hot accordingly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good for American standards, but still not comparable to European hotels. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Since the hotel is close to the airport it can get noisy throughout the day. The pool area needs a little more attention, towels …, and cleaning up trash after nasty guests. We visited before the Memorial weekend, so I’m guessing this was not a priority yet.

The girl that checked me in was very unpleasant. Was there at 2:30 to see if our room was available, and it was. But because check in was at 3:00 she wanted to charge me $20 for early check in. I said you have got to be kidding me and very nastily told me know she wasn’t. I said I’m not going to pay that and once again being very nasty said well then I won’t charge you. Never in my life of checking into a hotel did they want to charge me early check in if the room was ready. Other than that is was good.

The location was excellent for access to North Charleston and to the airport. The staff were highly professional, courteous and welcoming - we were warmly greeted by an Assistant Manager who helped us efficiently with queries about transport to the airport and restaurants in the area.

The breakfast was OK - but we disliked the use of disposable crockery and cutlery and the excess of sweet offerings. However, we acknowledge that this seems to be the standard way of doing things now in US hotels.

The fire pit, the fitness room, the free bottled water and coffee, the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping—not to mention the ease of access to lovely downtown Charleston. The hallways and our room were very quiet and clean. And the breakfast was less junky than the last time we stayed here—still no oat milk or almond milk, still an emphasis on waffles, Froot Loops and grits but with more variety and a little fresh fruit.

We like having the option of a hot breakfast items (eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, grits, waffles) besides the usual continental options. The coffee was good!

The eggs tasted like made from powdered eggs rather than real eggs. We received an email from booking. com that stated that it was required to wear a mask in the public areas of the hotel. We almost cancelled our reservation because of this. Booking.com should not spread this type of misinformation!

Breakfast was wonderful with nice hot food. Really enjoyed the oatmeal and sausage links. My daughter loved the waffle station and variety of flavors. Honestly, this property went above and beyond in being gracious and helpful. All the staff were amazing and friendly and seemed to care about what they did. The place was clean and we had great sleep. The shuttle driver was super busy, but always patient and kind. Would definitely stay here again and again.

I wish the scrambled eggs were real, but I get that it is hard to provide daily. I also didn't love the pillows... they need more support, but that is also personal preference. No other complaints at all!

From the moment that we walked into the lobby and were met by the smiling staff, until we checked out with wishes from the staff that the rest of our trip go well, we loved the facilities, (the room was beautiful and my wife loved the tiled floors, the hardscaping in the courtyard and around the pool) also the complimentary bottles of water and coffee, and exceptional breakfast! Thank-you so much for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Relatively easy walk to restaurants and Tanger Mall shopping. Courtesy staff and other patrons seemed to be happy with the accommodations.
