The property is well located. The staff is very nice. The owner very welcoming. The room was large and clean with a shared kitchen and living room. The common terrace upstairs is a plus. The swimming pool is one of the best I had at Negombo (and I am a regular visitor of that city) as it is long enough to swim in. The drive to the airport was very well organized and comfortable (of course you can always find cheaper by yourself or with pickme app but honestly for a few euros I would not take the risk of a taxi not showing up in the middle of the night). I totally recommend this place and will come back. Thank you!

Although the property is well maintained, some attention could be given to the pool area but this is nothing to complain about.

The most perfect first 2 nights in Negombo to start our month in Sri Lanka! The rooms were very clean and spacious we felt super comfortable there. The outdoor pool was so so lovely to relax in the 35° heat! The vibe of the place is really chilled and relaxed. The location is central just a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants, shops and beach. The owner Chams was so welcoming and friendly he helped us so much during our stay and said to message if ever we needed anything during our month travelling Sri Lanka which we really appreciate :) The staff were all happy and friendly and made us lovely breakfast with a lot of food! I would 100% recommend staying here if you are in Negombo!!

Nothing- Was all perfect

Chams is a wonderful person. The hotel is spectacular, the pool and rooms are super clean and the service is unbeatable. When we arrived in Sri Lanka we didn't have much idea of what to visit since it is monsoon season, and Chams spent hours planning our trip. They give you all the facilities to move with the magnificent driver Dilan, a person who really is a good guide, who speaks English and with whom you feel at home and safe at all times. The cleanliness of the facilities, the breakfasts, how good you feel with them, has made us come back at the end of our trip to thank them again for their kindness. It is a hotel that deserves its 5 stars for the human quality that surrounds it.

Very nice and clean big room, beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Kettle plus complimentary tea and coffee, big bathroom. Really friendly and helpful owner.

Loud music from the neighbouring hotel going on till late at night, I couldn't sleep. Mentioned it to the owner and he took steps to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Poor soundproofing- there were noisy Chinese tourists banging their doors and talking loudly, you can hear everything. No toiletries provided except for soap.

Nice location close to the beach and restaurants. The room is basic but clean and has good airconditioning and a mosquito-net, although we didn’t need it. I loved going for a swim in the pool after a day of walking around. The staff is very friendly. They booked the lagoon boat tour for us (cheaper than on the streat), and the owner got us a ticket on the airconditioned bus to our next stay in Anuradhapura, so we were able to avoid taking an expensive taxi.

The waterpressure of the shower was a bit low, but that’s just a small detail

This was our first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and we were suitable impressed. The room was large, huge comfortable bed. Big spacious bathroom with lovely hot shower. Quiet area. Pool was lovely and clean and large enough to swim a few lengths up and down. Sun loungers available. Good location really close to shops and restaurants etc and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and friendly and could answer all your questions.

We decided to pay extra for the breakfast. It was just ok. The toast wasn't toasted enough, more like bread, The egg and one sausage were bland and tasteless. The fruit plate was nice. Wouldn't have bothered if we had known. The breakfast was the only reason that marked this place down. Great place to stay otherwise.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful even before we arrived, having booked us pick up from the airport and recommending a driver for our excursion the next day. They provided us with drinks while we waited for our room to be ready. The pool area is really pleasant and lovely to have a swim and cool off. The room was huge and very comfortable. It's a great location with lots of facilities within a few minutes walk, along with the stunning beach. Breakfast was provided and was delicious with lots of fresh fruit.

The furniture is slightly dated but for 1 night it didn't really matter.

The staff were very friendly and the two bedroom apartment was so spacious - perfect for our family of four. We really appreciated the extra space to spend time indoors with the kids when they needed a rest from the hot sun. The rest of the time we were in the pool!

Christima offer a reasonably priced, varied breakfast options, though it does take a bit of time to prepare which was sometimes a problem for our little kids. We found ordering the night before worked for us.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You could not ask for better in a host property. The pool was kept spotlessly clean at all times, a nice temperature and lots of loungers to relax by the pool. There was a restroom at the pool for convenience. The room was large and clean and nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Also a line to hang wet clothes was nice.

It would be really nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. There was a TV but it didn't work. There was no mosquito netting in my room, but most rooms seemed to have it. There was no hair dryer as advertised, but I didn't need one. No fault of theirs, but the music and noise from the neighbouring property was very loud at times.
