I liked everything I loved the staff because there very helpful easy to chat to friendly kind honest nice and thoughtful. I loved the restaurant and the reception as the reception and the restaurant are both a very friendly and supportive and environment building I enjoyed the room that I stayed in two I love the size of it its very clean and tidy and its good condition the cleaners have done a great job to it the bed is comfy and I love the bathroom as well. I'm looking forward to stopping here at the campanile hotel doncaster again soon.

Nothing i liked everything at the campanile hotel in Doncaster.

The breakfast was lovely, great value for money. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed.

Enclosed area, American style motel, located to McDonalds and the Asda for convenience, peaceful sleeping facilities.

Last night's staff was more than welcoming however when I proceeded to extend my stay by an extra night apparently they had no record of the booking I made a few days prior, and was asked to provide Photo Identification yet was never asked for ID upon arrival yesterday but now asked to provide ID because apparently they need ID now which makes no sense why I was never asked for ID upon arrival yesterday.

The breakfast was very good and the dining environment cosy and staff friendly and helpful. This is a small hotel. It’s alittle dated (recognising others negative comments l) but very good value for money and was near services and a mile or so from the centre. We had a good nights sleep and our own bathroom and space for our dogs to be comfortable for a very reasonable price. Parking was free and available. All in all very good

There was only o e plug for the TV, kettle and any other electrical equipment. Just had to keep switching items out so not a massive problem really.

The ease of parking and the access to the room

Getting stuck in the room because the inner door wouldn't open, and having to call reception for release, then not daring to close the inner door in case it stuck again. Being told by the staff member who released us that the door only stuck because we put the heating on , as we were cold, causing the door to swell... the door would swell because of the cold damp weather, not because of heat! We also wished that some rooms had a lower bath... it is very tall and deep. Could hand rails be available in some rooms, we could ask for these when booking. We have both struggled getting both in and out of the baths even for showers because of both height and lack of grab rails. An optional bath mat would also be useful to stop slippage in the bath

Staff are Friendly, Helpful & Informative. Rooms are clean & sanitised. Breakfast cooked to order by Debbie was one of the best I've had. Good location. For a visit to Family & Friends, with day-trips & outings planned in & around Yorkshire, this is a place for sleeping & waking up in, what more could be needed?

Mattress was too soft, could do with changing. Decor was dated & worn. Security of outer & inner doors needs addressing, e.g. chain locks.

Ideal location, over the road from where we planned to spend the weekend so couldn’t get any better there. Breakfast was excellent, couldn’t fault the facilities at all, the rooms could possibly have done with a fridge if you were staying longer than I was but not really anything to complain about as I was hardly there

All plug sockets on one side of the room and not near the bed, so was unable to charge my phone whilst using it sat on the bed. No other complaints

Quite and staff very helpful

The bed was very uncomfortable definitely need a new mattress in room 16 could feel the springs and woke up with a backache in the morning room a little outdated but would be perfect iff the two problems were addressed I would stay again but I’d definitely have to change rooms iff the mattress was not comfy it was a ideal room as we had a dog with us so she could come in out with the door open as the room was at the back so that was perfect

It was in a nice and quiet place close to fast food restaurants and an ASDA, as well as right by a bus stop. The price is also great, affordable and you get your money's worth. For a two star hotel it surprised us that it was better than a lot of other two star hotels we've been to.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours TV past midnight.

All the staff were very friendly, Karl who worked at the reception was very helpful, welcoming and had a great sense of humour. The all you can eat breakfast was good. The room was extremely clean thanks to the hard working cleaning lady, the heating could be left on the temperature you liked without turning itself down like in other hotels. The fact that you can just walk out of your room door to be outside without having to walk through a reception area was good.

The food and drink was a little expensive, like a lot of hotels the prices were not consistent from night to night, so had to keep moving to other hotels on expensive nights.
