Exceptional location with views over the Park and .mosque., walking distance to the medina. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop terrace is a nice space to relax and enjoy views across the city. All the staff were very professional and gave us a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean accomodation

The only negatives were sound proofing of Windows and doors. Dog kennels across the road resulted in broken nights sleep due to dogs barking and clearly hearing other guests coming in and out of lifts in the hallway also interrupted our sleep.We had room number 1003 which is an executive suite on the 10th floor (top floor) both lift doors directly opposite entrance to suite..the suite itself was very good with exceptional views

Casa Diamond is an excellent hotel in a good location. I booked a suite and could see Hassan 2 Mosque from the balcony. The staff particularly were friendly and professional. I liked the restaurant too.

Poor showers, only partitially funtioning, no any extra mile at breakfast (even water for take-away leaving the hotel), not to mention omlet.

The staff was excellent the food. The rooms are luxurious five stars all the way.

If you face the city Streets, a little bit noisy, but the rooms are beautiful

Firstly, the hotel's unreliable Wi-Fi was a significant hindrance to my business trip. Constant disconnections and high latency seriously impacted my work productivity. I suggest the hotel explore different service providers or opt for packages without throttling to improve the internet experience for hotel guests. Furthermore, the noise from traffic made it challenging to sleep at night. Installing double-glazed windows could significantly improve the situation and enhance the overall guest experience.

Let me start by telling how they love to nickel and dime the customer. I asked for an early check-in 1 week before I got there and they said no availability. 3 days before I left I asked again and there was no availability. When I got there on the day 3 rooms became available. I told them I would not pay for it and they said a room would be available ally 11 am. I had to wait until 12:10 to get a room and the room floor was wet when I got in there. They charged me the taxes for 1 person and when I was ready to check out I had to pay the taxes for the second even though I did not have a second person. The other thing is about the mini bar I told them that 1 drink was missing from the bar and I did not drink it. They add it to my bill. The staff was ok but they were all about how much they could get out of their customers. There was a foul odor in the room in the evening whenever I left the hotel. The best part of this hotel you love to walk everything is pretty much within walking distance and I walk a lot. The taxi driver wants to charge you a lot for an 18min ride. So, walking is fun and you are safe I promised l.

- House keening supervisor nocked and open my door immediately just to check if it’s really been cleaned or not (maybe lack of trust with her staff) I told her that you brook my privacy, it’s me who complain if my room hasn’t been cleaned. It was difficult to talk to or convince her. - Also one of the room service came on the second day to check if I used something from the minibar (the front desk should check that at the time of check out) I felt uncomfortable by those behaviors (they don’t care about privacy ) - At the time of checking out: for the second time they charged me for city tax even though I paid for it upon checking in (they charged me twice) the receptionist told me that her colleague was wrong ( I didn’t know which one I should trust).

From the moment I checked in at night with Othman, everything was excellent. The process was quick and he was incredibly kind and professional, which gave me a great first impression. Throughout my stay, I truly felt at home. The lady who cleaned my room was very attentive and always left everything spotless. The restaurant staff were also fantastic – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I absolutely loved my terrace and the views from my room. Overall, the service was outstanding. I would definitely come back!

One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer slightly larger complimentary water bottles.

The hotel is beautiful and classy. The lobby is stylish and chic just like in the pictures. The suite was spacious with comfy furniture. The balcony overlooked the Arab League park- it was nice place to enjoy some mint tea in the evening. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the tram. They always have someone near the entrance of the hotel ready to receive your luggage or provide assistance. I felt secure when returning after dark.

The smart TV had a number of channels that were not available to watch. The concierge sent the technician to my room. Ali was very helpful. He connected my laptop to the smart TV so that I can watch YouTube on the TV. There are new channels, such as Al Jazeera English that air on YouTube.
