Location was good, only 10-15 minute walk away from old town. Hotel was peaceful, and hotel room was nice and clean. Wifi worked well. For this cheap price, could not ask any better. Front door was locked when I arrived, but after calling the phone number, owner of the hotel came to open the door and I recieved a warm welcome. Pizzeria other side of the street had one of the best neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. Will come back again!

Nice hotel to explore Riga. Old town is a 15 minute walk, but lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was large, with fridge, AC and a large bathroom. The lady managing it was super friendly, let me in early so that I could keep my bags. There is none at the reception sometime, but the call button at the door works.

No deal breakers, but my bathroom window had no curtains, and the room did not have any glasses, had to borrow coffee cups from downstrairs! Spiral straircase, was not a problem for me, but may be more people with reduced mobilities.

This is a lovely place to stay but not exactly a hôtel. ´There is no breakfast or night desk (you let yourself in) but it is charming, slightly outdated (in a nice way) and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s in a lovely part of town and there are plenty of near by cafés for breakfast. I recommend Buberts for omelettes, savoury pancakes, nice outdoor sitting area.

Great place to stay. I had a small problem with the shower. It had a tendency to flood the bathroom. Other than that great place.

I was looking for the smaller hotel that was a bit historical. And I got even more! The location is perfect, hotel itself is cozy and nice. I was able to choose the room that I liked the most, I took the room on the top floor. There was a lot of space and it was really quiet. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but hot drinks are always available. Was able to park the car behind the hotel during my stay just for small fee. I love the hostess lady, She is just adorable! Most definitely will go back, I felt really welcome.

The overall ambience is great! It magically mixes the art deco era style with the modern amenities. Absolutely loved it. The hostess was very nice and friendly.

The winding stairs is a real challenge for those who carry a suitcase. But probably the owners don't have an option for building an elevator, so c'est la vie.

Charming hotel, very clean, great location with beautiful art nouveau district around the corner and ~ 10 min walk to old town. Parking spot is a plus. Staff super friendly. Definitely recommended.

This old style, atmospheric boutique hotel is located right at the heart of Rīga's embassy district, with many good restaurants around. Old Town is within walking distance. The price of the stay was really bargain. Very helpful, experienced owner/administrator, who is willing to assist you as much as she can. She even borrowed me her own umbrella, as I was totally unprepared for some heavy rain during my time in the Latvian capital. Very recomended.
