Contact with hotel was prompt and concise. Check in easy. Hospital is right next for anyone who needs to get to wagga base. Drive to baylis main street is very close. Room was comfortable. We were on ground level right at the front and it was very quiet in our room. Small fridge at reception with RTDs and wine so that was nice. Parking and rear lane exit. Walking distance to an excellent coffee shop, Larry's, oh! Was to die for, the breakfast and coffee we had, Colombian roast!

Maybe just a small milk in fridge. The rooms have been updated very nicely since my last visit to this hotel. Need to update TV's to smart TV's for usb or Netflix access, other than that, no fault!

Picked the hotel for it's location so was happy.

Shower dripping all the time. Needs new washers.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Parking was convenient to room. Room was very neat, clean and comfortable.

No body wash, shampoo or conditioner in shower dispensers - not a huge issue for one night stay, I'm sure staff would have been happy to fix, but we arrived late and didn't notice until too late to enquire, so just a small inconvenience and didn't ruin what was a nice stay.

Good value for money, quite a large room and good sized comfortable bed. The room also had various pillow options for different comfort, we traveled with our 7month old and there was plenty of room even with the cot set up We didn't use it but there was a microwave available too. Had all of the soaps and lotions you need plus tea and coffee

Very small amount of mold in the shower, and the noise from the room above us you could hear all the stomping of the kids feet running around

Friendly, accommodating staff & great location. Large size room and bathroom, clean and serviced daily. Free parking Free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving foam and body lotion- large amounts

No " Do not disturb" signs, meaning lazy mornings are interrupted with a knock on the door. No Netflix, only free to air channels

We had a family room with 3 beds. The room and bathroom were spotless. 10/10 credit is to be given to your cleaners! They do a fabulous job and I hope they are appreciated for their hard work. The beds were comfy. The location is close to town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The exhaust fan in our bathroom broke, staff didn't hesitate to repair it, immediately tended to the matter and fixed it themselves. We checked out a day earlier than our booking. I requested the possibility of a refund, and although they couldn't refund the full amount for one night due to policy, they issued me a partial refund which I was grateful for. I do recommend this accommodation.

Friendly check-in. Great location and good value. Spacious room. New air conditioners in room a few teething problems as my ac had an error. Provided me with a space heater instead.

As I was the last guest to arrived for the night parking was tight. Directed to park in a place and did so. Then got told off in morning as they had to wait for me to move car to access a trolley. It was like I was a naughty child.

I liked how Central the Motel is especially next door to the Hospital

The Drain in the Bathroom had a bad smell coming from it, the Pool doesn't have a Handrail for elderly or ppl with disabilities to assist them to get in & out of the pool..

Basic but just what we were looking for. Had heating and heated blankets. Wifi, tv.

Parking was very hard. Nothing is allocated. We arrived Friday and had plenty of choice- told park anywhere. Saturday the car park was over flowing and made it difficult

The facilities were clean and comfortable and close to the Hospital and not very far from the centre of town I was able to get a room which was convenient to get to and parking the car was really close to the door.

Not really anything that comes to mind I guess there were no tissues in the Bathroom, which is really nice to have for various things. The dispenser for the Hair conditioner wasn’t working
