Muhammad HUSSAIN (service boy) & receptionist Mr. Rayan, these both are very awesome people and always welcome you with smily face. They are very humbled and very hopeful. It is just 3 minutes away by walk from masjid-e-nabwi, I give the 10/10 rating for this trip. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous requests were all but acceded.

* The location was great, a 5 minute walk to gate 305 in Masjid Al Nabawi. Ladies have to walk 5 to 10 more minutes to reach the Ladies Prayer Area. * Lots of restaurants, mini markets and shops nearby, even a shopping mall and a museum. * There is also a cafe adjacent to the hotel with a good variety of drinks, sandwiches and desserts. * The staff across all departments, including reception, concierge, food and beverage department were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent level of service and professionalism. The guys at the reception went above and beyond to help me to sort out my hotel booking in Makkah. * Complimentary Arabic coffee and dates whenever you want. * Breakfast was lovely, a good variety of continental food and beverages. * The rooms were clean and beds (and pillows) were good.

* Not really a negative feedback, but I would suggest including fresh fruit juices for breakfast. * Wifi can sometimes be erratic. * There should be a greater time limit to allow us to update card payment; as my booking almost got cancelled.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say the service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel warmly welcomed and were incredibly attentive to my needs. They were not only professional but also very understanding and accommodating when I had special requests. A big shout-out to Noman from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and comfortable. His attention to detail was impressive, and his friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping, demonstrated exceptional teamwork and a genuine commitment to making my experience memorable. I truly appreciated their willingness to be flexible and helpful, addressing all my needs with a smile and a positive attitude. It’s rare to encounter such a well-coordinated, caring team, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their efforts. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so pleasant! I had a wonderful stay at Jiwar Al Madinah Hotel during my recent visit to Medina. The hotel’s location is exceptional, being so close to the Haram, which made it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Mr. Taha, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Mr. Taha’s attentiveness and dedication to ensuring guests had a pleasant dining experience were truly commendable.

The property is conveniently located near Masjid Nabawi from the men’s entrance side; however, ladies need to walk a bit more to enter from their designated side. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, with special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Mohammad Al Herby, for his kindness and guest care. Rooms were bright, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Room service was quick and well-trained, providing toiletries and other supplies promptly and generously. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, with good service and ongoing renovations promising further improvements.

Areas for improvement: Corridor carpets were dusty and old; the manager mentioned renovations are in progress and carpets are being replaced floor by floor. Elevators were very slow and did not display their floor position; staff confirmed maintenance is already planned.

Excellent location near small grocery shop and is very close to haram on the front side. Easy walk back and forth after salah without any issues. Nice hotel, nice rooms with toiletries and towels replenished daily. Great service. Iron requested and given without any issues. Workers in hotel are really helpful. Will be staying here again in future. Better then the big hotels and cheaper too.

They had 3 lifts which on some days were faulty and we were waiting for quite some time. But they did manage to fix issues very quickly. Also, no option for hotel breakfast. We had to get breakfast outside each day.

A Wonderful Stay at Jiwar Al Madinah Hotel I had an amazing experience staying at Jowhar Al Madinah Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well managed. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location – just a 2-minute walk from the heart of the holy city of Madinah, making it extremely convenient for visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Brother Rehan, who works in the cleaning department. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He regularly checked in on us, ensured we had fresh water, and kept everything spotless. His dedication and kindness truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. It felt like a home away from home – peaceful, welcoming, and full of care.

The location was excellent just a short walking distance from Masjid al-Nabawi. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The hospitality and service truly stood out. Special thanks to Noman Ahmed, who was always courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with any needs. Also, the Front Hotel Manager, Hamza, was an exceptional person professional, approachable, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire staff was welcoming and made our stay feel like home.

Jiwar Al Madina may not be 5 star hotel, but the service provided was OUTSTANDING and deserve 5 STAR rating. Their staff were friendly and very helpful. One of the housekeeping supervisor, Mr Mohammed Rayhan was very kind and helpful during my 15 nights stay at the hotel. We were initially given a room with no view but Mr Rayhan help us to move into a better room with a nicer view ... thank you. Thanks to all Jiwar Al Madina hotel staff that has made our stay enjoyable and we will definitely return for our next visit, Insya Allah.

Closer to Haram,Mosque and aminities.

This was my 2nd time in this hotel. They try to keep it clean but their washroom are full of flies. The day uou move in and start using the washroom and water taps! You will see flies coming out of their plumbing (pipes). The Managenent even changed my room during both trips. If they can fix this problem and change the carpet which is also not that clean the hotel would get 5 stars review.
