It feels like a 5 star hotel without the price tag. 2nd time staying. Meals outstanding.

A soft close toilet seat would be great. As 99% of staff are amazing the 1% that aren't really standout. Bar staff could do with more training. My margarita was slow in arriving, as he was chatting with staff, not in a margarita glass and tasted pretty average. Breakfast check in girl asked our room number but didn't check the list that we had already paid for breakfast so proceeded to tell us how much we would be charged. Felt uncomfortable asking her to check her list. To which she replied....oh yeah.... help yourself. Are the barista coffees included too? This wasn't clear.

The sauna, gym and pool were great. Bed very comfy and breakfast yummy with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great having a nice restaurant and bar on site. The location is great- close to the airport but quiet at the same time. The business rooms are worth the upgrade and Internet was perfect speed for online meetings. Will definitely be staying here again 😁

I don't want to criticize anything as I had a great stay here overall, but the coffee that comes with breakfast was a bit average imo. The barista coffee that can be bought at the bar is much better.

Our welcome when we arrived. It was pouring with rain and very cold when we arrived late and the two staff on the desk were amazing. Our room was warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

Had a while to wait for our plane so we went into the hotel's restaurant. My husband was given the breakfast menu and when the waitress came to take our order, she snapped and said we were ordering from the wrong menu as breakfast had finished 5 minutes earlier. I hadn't been well all week and just wanted eggs on toast, and if the kitchen would possibly cook me some, but she said it wasn't on the lunch menu. That was a bit disappointing. Also, room had a microwave, but no bowls or plates, or cutlery.

Loved the feel of the hotel, so cozy and warm, nice and quiet. Breakfast was the best! The room was perfect for our needs, we didn't find time to try the pool / spa, but did take a look and it was so clean and tidy, ready for use anytime - love that it is heated and indoor!

In general the hotel and our room was very clean and tidy, however for some reason ants kept appearing in our toilet, they weren't anywhere else in the room, it was a bit weird, like they were coming from the pipes - we did tell the front office at the time and they were going to look into it.

We like the facilities provided to suit families - the indoor heated pool and spa, a basketball and tennis court with equipment (which we were keen to use, but unfortunately the weather didn't suit), and even a golf course. Our room had external access with steps going to the pool area, which meant we didn't have to go through the main hallway. The beds were comfy. The shower was great. They even had Milo satchets, which the children preferred as a hot drink option.

The restaurant is a bit too pricey for our family to try out on this trip. But the food outlets and a supermarket near the airport suited our budget.

The size of my room was very large and comfortable. It had a stunning setting with a water feature outside my ranch slider that made the room feel peaceful. I was there all day and night due to work training on-site, and it was great the whole time. The service was amazing, from the quick and smooth pickup to being shown my room, using their bikes, and enjoying dinner. The food was a standout feature, and it was all EPIC!! The bar staff were lovely and happy to help.

The location, amenities, cleanliness, staff and size of the room were all wonderful! It was our last night of our vacation and was nice to stay in a wonderful hotel to be able to relax and enjoy our time. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered so many options.

Just one minor complaint…the television was never programmed to allow us to check the guide, and didn’t have any access to Netflix or other common apps. We stayed at 7 other places throughout our vacation and they all allowed access to Netflix, which we were surprised that a large hotel didn’t have.

Spacious family rooms, very friendly reception staff on check in and check out. Offered all services, including free shuttle service in case we wanted to drop our rental car early. Unfortunately we did not have time to use any of the facilities that were on offer, but it all looked great.

The way the air-conditioning was set up. One of our rooms was too hot, and in one room the automatic setting was quite noisy when going on and off. I am sure this could have been rectified if we would have noticed on arrival, but we only realised during an already short night.

Wonderful service through our whole stay. Really easy to sort out airport pick up and drop off thanks to the courtesy shuttle. We had our room upgraded which was a neat extra perk to our stay. Definitely recommend adding breakfast to your booking - buffet style with everything you would usually expect from a hotel breakfast, plus deli meats, cheese, pasteries, juices, and smoothies included!

We found it difficult to hunt down simple info about our stay that would typically be in a book in the room - things like when breakfast is available and ends, when the pool is open, etc. We did eventually find that it is on the TV, but not until our second night when we finally turned it on.

Beds were extremely comfortable, which is so important! Room was quiet, dark and clean. Shower was excellent. We enjoyed the indoor pool and were happy with the restaurant food.

We had an airport info desk staff member call to get the airport shuttle to collect us in the middle of the night but the shuttle didn’t turn up and we had to get a taxi after waiting. The shuttle was good for getting back to the airport. It’s probably reliable most of the time but we were unlucky in the middle of the night.
