Stayed in a comfortable suite with phantastic view and access to club lounge with complimentary breakfast, afternoon meal and snacks and beauvorages throughout the day. Excellent fitness center available for all guests.

Limited capacity in the elevators. Crowded in the swimming pool.

Excellent location in the heart of Vancouver with bus stops just outside. Staff were very helpful with requests, and I was even able to check in a few hours earlier than planned which was very handy. I was also unable to repack a sleeping bag I had needed prior to this stay before checking out. I spoke to the concierge to ask if there was somewhere I could donate this and they assured me that if I left it in my hotel room with a note, they would make sure it was donated for me - I thought this was excellent customer service.

My room was a joint room with a door connecting to the hotel room next door. This was not much of an issue, and the door was locked so security was not a bother, but you could hear conversations through the door which was not ideal when your neighbour comes home drunk at 3am haha. A minor inconvenience though on an otherwise excellent stay.

I was on 23rd floor right at the corner with a great view over downtown, the location is also perfect with everything within walking distance, the sky train station is not far away and there are bus stops just by the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but the cleanliness could have been better. I could see some dirt on carpet that was left behind from previous guests, also the house keeping would clean your room very late at times, once my room was cleaned sometime around 4-5 pm, the last thing I did not like was the late check out request, I asked for a late check out of 1 hour at 12pm instead of 11 am, and it was rejected by the front desk (I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights), I travel a lot and stayed in many different hotels, normally most of them are nice enough to accept such requests especially when you stay that long and the hotel is an international brand etc.

clean, staff was nice and polite. amazing atmosphere. nice view from the room. everything was wonderful, the starbucks being attached to the hotel was perfect as the elevator to the parking was right across from it which made for easy morning coffee grab before adventures or work. the elevators were quick and efficient. the room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. zero issues with communication with staff when questions were asked. clear directions when inquired about locations. plenty of restaurants of various food types around the hotel it's self. very much enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

no issues with the hotel quality or service, only issue we had was parking and the cost of parking at the hotel and around the hotel. if we had anything to complain about it would be that. everything else was wonderful.

Rooms were spacious, gym was very well equipped.

The elevators in the main tower are awful. Between 9:30-11 everyday, expect to wait 20 minutes to get down the elevator. They are so full and if you have luggage and are trying to check out, good luck trying to get to the lobby! We had to go up the lifts so we could get down. When this happened everyday of our trip, I knew it was a common occurrence and at reception they said “it happens at this time everyday, it gets very busy”. 4 lifts that stop on every level for 33 floors of guests is not the way.

From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff at Sheraton Wall Centre made us feel completely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and stunning views. The hotel's location was ideal, close to all the major attractions while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience."

Elevator and hallway noise was very audible in room.

The room was perfect for the three of us and the hotel was very central for our needs.

Despite booking the room for three adults only two cups and glasses were provided each day and we had to keep asking for more; we also had trouble re the breakfast that we had paid for in advance as the vouchers only covered two guests, this was rectified at reception but we were made to feel like we had made the error. On the final day of our stay our friends rang us at 9:30 to tell us that breakfast was finishing at 10am instead of the usual 11am; we had to rush to breakfast and eat it quickly! We should have been told in advance that there was going to be a change in the timings.

Front desk and valet parking staff were absolutely delightful. Parking was easy and the valet option was well worth utilizing. Our king room on a higher floor was fantastic - amazing views and very, very spacious. Loved that there was actually counter space in the bathroom - two thumbs up! Everything was very clean (and I'm picky!). Bed was very comfortable but the pillows ... way too soft. Suggest one pillow be a soft one and the second be a firmer option. Location was super walkable to all of downtown. Cafe One, while in another building, had very friendly staff, had a good a la carte breakfast - "real" teapots (which is a rarity!!) and delicious pancakes. The courtyard tree lights at night were so pretty. While the cost of a hotel room in Vancouver is over-the-top expensive, when we have to come to Vancouver, we would 100% book The Wall Centre again - it was a wonderful experience all around. I give it 5 stars, which is a first for me. Thank you to all of the great staff that make it happen - those you see and those you do not - kudos!

As mentioned, the pillows were way too soft - almost useless! I'd suggest one firmer pillow and one soft pillow - then you've got everyone covered. Getting into the mini-fridge was a bit awkward - I'd get rid of the cupboard door in front of the fridge. Also, the TV wasn't particularly user friendly - I am well versed in remote use, but couldn't ever find a proper channel/program guide to view/flip through (but TV really isn't on my list of important things when I'm away!). If it's there, perhaps some instructions for guests would be helpful for easier access.

The hotel is located on a bit hill side and about 10 minute walk way from a metro station. It has peaceful and safe neighborhood with some restaurants and pastries. The staff offered my family with so kind, friendly, and personal service, when I asked their favor of food boxes at our early departure at dawn. I felt that they listened guests' requests carefully and responded professionally with nice attitude. This makes me and possibly my family love Vancouver and Canada more. I respects the staff's kind professionalism. The room was clean and served enough water bottle every day during our stay, which was also great satisfaction and relief. It has good accessibility with public transportation to major attractions and downtown such as Stanley Park. The breakfast is served as dishes, not a buffet style. I liked scrambles and fresh bread. The restaurant environment looks modern and kind of simple from my view.

I have limit choice in breakfast with a coupon, which is normal, of course. You may love its a bit hilly location for nice short work out when walking. Actually, nothing much to complain this hotel. Actually, I felt so comfortable and supportive from the staff's flexible and full support under my hotel program.
