It is a super nice hotel. It's brand new and looks it. The bed was very comfortable, the room was not too small. There was a mini-frige but no microwave which seemed weird. Since the hotel is in an industrial park, there wasn't really any view.

When you're inside the hotel it feels like luxury, but the location is in the middle of nothing. It's in an industrial area with big warehouse buildings around it. It's not far from the airport, but it's not like walking distance or anything. And they don't have a shuttle to the hotel, so I don't really know why it's called "Airport Hotel". Very misleading.

The vibe and the essential space.

The staff weren’t necessarily the best to deal with. I was charged after the stay with the knowledge i paid before hand and the 100$ “accidental” fee would go back automatically. Kevin in specific was bery patient and collective and answered every last one of my questions. Even talked on the phone with my father and gave him a run down. Later, my key was working on the elevator but nit the room. No questioning, my guy Kevin helped out quickly. But on the other hand when I brought these same situations to a specific employee, (African American, Bald, Glasses with a Beard) he simply pre assumed i had “No Money” in quote when brought to his attention my bank wouldnt accept my payment from fraud.

My stay at the Cambria Hotel was great! We were there for a day and a half, and it was exactly what we needed. The location was convenient, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and parking was easy with plenty of space, though it wasn’t free. Our room was quiet with no disruptions, making it a perfect spot for a quick weekend stay.

One thing to note is that parking is not included, you do have to pay for it. I believe it was around $50, though I can’t remember the exact amount. Also, a bit of feedback for the hotel: the lighting in the room was quite dim. We really wished there were more or better lighting options to brighten up the space.

I like the location. It is also very quiet and very clean. The staff is great. I also like the fact that the employee who checked me and was the same employee that checked me in when I stayed there when the hotel first opened, she is so pleasant and has great customer service. I actually prefer this location over the LA one, but because LA runs cheaper, I usually stay there, but I wish that this hotel’s prices were a lot more competitive to the Los Angeles location. It would be worth the drive to stay in Burbank if it were.

The price for parking. I really wish that parking would be free and not an added fee to hotels. When I first stayed there, it was free, but I’m thinking it was because it was a brand new hotel and it was just opening.

The hotel itself is very nice. Top notch. Clean, good sized rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful bathroom, helpful staff. I personally like that it doesn't have carpet. We had a problem with noise from another room and the receptionist called the room while I was with her and asked them to keep it down. They did.

No microwave. Even a small one would be nice for heading pads, water... The lighting in the room could be better. The price of parking is what definitely would keep me away. I know many hotels charge for parking in Burbank but there are some who do not. When you're paying a lot of money for a hotel room, to have to pay to park is ridiculous

Really cute hotel, nice communal areas and good location for us. The hotel was very new and clean and well kept. The beds we're very comfy. The rooms don't have microwaves but they have one in the lobby for use anytime.

The hotel was pretty full so we tended to get the last spot in the parking lot. Frequently it was a bit of a squeeze to fit. Room cleaning was by request which we didn't know so the first day we hadn't asked. Then the second day we asked at the desk and on the app, but when we arrived back around midnight, no one had cleaned the room. However the desk clerk was able to get us clean towels. The hours for breakfast is only until 11, which was unexpected for weekend days. Since it's a restaurant and not an included breakfast I'd have thought on the weekend, brunch could have gone later.

I really loved this space. It was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful.

We had our room cleaned one time in our 5 day stay and they did not bring any clean glasses when obviously our glasses were dirty as I was using them every day for coffee. This is a very minor thing but it was somewhat of a hassle when we had to call down to the desk and have them bring up some more. The one other thing is the parking fee is OUTRAGEOUS. $24 per day for an open parking lot (anyone can get to your car) is ridiculous.

First time visitor. It smelled so good in the lobby area and throughout the hotel. Everything was new, neat, and clean. The lighting in the room was sensational. The underneath of the bed lit up along with the headboard. Everything was great! Would stay there again for sure!!

They charge you for parking 24 hours was $28. I thought that was ridiculous. Our room was not ready when they checked us in at 3pm. We went upstairs and housecleaning hadn't cleaned the room yet so I had to go back downstairs to tell them I asked them for a 10% discount for the inconvenience and they glady complied.

It’s a new and fresh hotel. Well-designed, functional style. Noce bar right in front of you when you enter the lobby:) Good hotel, I liked it!

1. During my 3-days stay I had 2 requests: to bring sugar and to make temporarily music lower in the gym, as I wanted to listen to a lecture. None of them was done, they just ignored it🤷‍♀️ 2. Just for you to be aware: no room cleaning. They don’t even take the garbage out. Self-cleaning.

The hotel was very fresh and new. The hotel staff were lovely and very professional. The hotel was situated close to where we had to visit on holiday. Parking was great. We had to book another an extra night due to our flight home being cancelled and the hotel staff managed to sort us another night which eased the stress.

We had an issue with cleanliness with the first room we were given. However the front desk swapped us to another room.
