Excellent staff and service, good location, beautiful building, comfortable bed and good linen. The bathroom facilities seem to be new with ample luxurious toiletries, bath towels and robes. Sent a fridge to our room when we asked if we could store soya milk. Location of free car park to residents adjacent to hotel is a big plus factor.

Not really a problem, but bedroom in town houses not very big ( but fine) as you would expect when experiencing the main hotel. There was a minor issue meaning that the air conditioning had to be changed via a phone call to reception when we were there, due a temporary fault and not a big problem.

This hotel is just so quirky and has kept its character. We were upgraded and our room was perfect. Four poster bed lovely crispy sheets and beautiful shower/bathroom. Spotlessly clean with coffe making machine with ample milk(only usually get enough for one coffee each) and complimentary water not forgetting the lovely Amy who greeted us on arrival and Ryan who took our bags to the room staff are so pleasant and smiley 🤗 will definitely stay here again

The room was huge, very grand tall ceilings and the heating system actually worked. The staff were friendly. I was shown to my room, which I hadn't expected. The complimentary mini bar! It had a great variety in there. The bed was big and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I was escorted to my room by one of the staff, considering I had a suitcase, a laptop bag, another bag in my hand and holding a bottle of water, it would have been nice if he offered to help! I was woken in the morning by the sound of traffic, even though I was given a 'quiet' room. I was also told that we get special discounts for referred partners (restaurants), but I didn't, I was charged normal price.

The room was spot on, lovely fluffy towels & a great shower!

When I went for Breakfast on the first morning, I could could hear the sound of cackling women as I approached the restaurant, only to find it was two members of staff! When I tried to use the toaster, it had not been set up correctly, so I had to interrupt the women to get some assistance! I then asked if I could order a cooked breakfast, & rather than one of them coming to the table to take my order, I had to approach the counter! I'm sorry if this sounds a little trivial, but the volume of their laughter, & sheer lack of interest in customer service, was shocking!!

Absolute excellent service from staff. Particularly Rhys from the time of booking and arriving everything was first class made feel very welcome. All of the staff were excellent. The building is magnificent and the service is first class. Breakfast dining room very luxurious and the food top-notch

I think the senior management team need to look at the heating system in some of the rooms. We were moved to another room because the heating was faulty. Now I know these things happen but I’m wondering if this is an ongoing issue? The heating cannot be controlled via controls in the room and you have to contact reception to alter the room heating which is very inconvenient.

Room was very grand with very high ceiling. Bathroom exceptional. Breakfast setting superb. Bar looked nice but didn't use it. Not huge amount of interaction with staff but all friendly and polite, especially when went for breakfast. Heating set up slightly unusual but worked well especially for such a large space. I think good work done working within parameters of an older building. Top notch location if want to visit city centre.

Would have liked a main light in room instead of lamps only (unless I somehow missed where main light was). Not a big deal but a small thing would have liked.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops/attractions and lovely helpful staff . Beautiful building.

We had superior town housecroom. Air conditioning doesn't work and is very noisy. We were told they are waiting for a new system. It was the only source of heating in the room so couldn'tbe switchedoff, and we were asked to call reception to remotely adjust it, which was a bit laborious. Our sink blocked, but this was quickly sorted while we were out. We had a room discount but I would have been less pleased with the cost if I'd paid full price.

We were given a good welcome by all staff particularly in the reception (Ben and Rhys). We had some problems with our room on the first night and the staff moved us to another room for the second night whilst we were out. Our stay was to attend family and friends reunions on separate days and so we had little opportuniy to sample the breakfasts - no evening meal was available at the Hotel. This was a pity because I felt the bar/breakfast room would have made an excellent restaurant. Overall, the decor of the hotel was well done and superbly reflected another era. An extremely interesting place to stay with great character. Parking in the centre of Swamsea was an asset,.

Morgan's is a hotel from another age - excellent, but a fridge in each room would be good, There was limited knowlrdge of where one could dine in the locality. We used to live in Swansea and knew where to go but a guide on local eating places would help tourists.

We stayed in the Alpha townhouse room, just across the road from the main hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee making facilities were great with complimentary spring water, biscuits and a nespresso coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was sleek and modern and the bed huge and very comfortable. I loved the fact the room was on the ground floor and we had our own private entrance.

I felt the room could have done with some comfy chairs and a small coffee table. The room was plenty big enough for these. The one chair by the table was wooden and quite uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for our night out at the Seansea area , just a 8 minute walk . The hotel itself was beautiful inside as well as the looks from the outside. When we arrived pulled up to the barriers and just had to give our surname and was let into the car park . Plenty of space available when we arrived . Reece greeted us at reception and all was very smooth and well explained . Our room was in one of the buildings to the side of the hotel ( which I knew about) . We had got an upgrade for slightly larger room for £15 a night ( again afford to us in advance) . Reece showed us to our room and explained all we needed to know . Very comfortable bed with great pillows and duvet. Plenty of towels supplied , one very large , one normal bath size and one hand towel . Also bath robes supplied . The bathroom suite was enormous and the shower was great and powerful . Shampoo, conditioner , soaps and bath bubbles all supplied if needed. Good tea and coffee supplied and plenty more given if you need and topped up when the room is cleaned . Our view was brilliant although we could see the hills it was partially obscured by back of Sainsbury’s , but not totally unpleasant . Breakfast was good . Plenty of continental choice along with great choice of variety of cooked breakfast . The bar area was lovely and a great choice of drinks . All staff were very friendly and helpful . Reece was so lovely during our stay and also gave us some advice on special bookings if we wished to visit again . Would absolutely stay here again .

We couldn’t control our own temperature in the room due the controls not working but you only had to phone reception and they would put it up On down on request . You had to close the curtains if you wanted to change in or out of your clothes in the main room as one of the windows was right opposite another building with windows that could see into our room. When we wanted to have one of the windows open we had to wedge a pillow in the gap as it kept sliding down .
