Laura was a very gracious host and very friendly. She let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Location is walking distance to the train and to town. Laura provided us with very helpful suggestions about where to go and what to do while in Florence. There is a small shared terrace at the fust house where we would sit ou in the evening and have wine a.d charcuterie. Laura knew that it was my birthday while we were there and made us a very nice breakfast our last morning there, very kind and thoughtful.

Downside is the amount of stairs needed to get our luggage up before getting to the elevator to get the rest of the way. This seems to be the case in Italy at the other places we stayed as well ( next time i'll pack lighter).

It’s very close to the airport, the b&b is 2min walk from the tram stop that can take you to the city/airport and about 10-12mins away from all the main attractions. The staff, facilities, space are great. Many options around to eat/drink too even late night. Laura also helped us book a taxi and she’s very responsive and helpful too.

Not exactly a negative- but since it’s very close to the tram stop, be prepared for the noise all night. However, the staff have provided earplugs which is very considerate of them. For light sleepers, this might be useful to know

The owners are super nice, Laura helped immensely with my taxis - I travelled solo for work so needed help sorting out the transport for a couple of trips around Tuscany and to the airport. The B&B is well situated, just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station, also very accessible by the tram - both from the airport and into the city center. The B&B was clean and bed was comfy. I'd stay here again for sure.

The noise from the other rooms and the street, but nothing that can't be fixed with a pair of ear plugs.

The breakfast was excellent a very full continental one, more than enough to keep us going over lunch and through to dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful and assisted me with the few stairs I had to negotiate.

We chose this hotel since it said there was a lift to the rooms and I struggle with just a few stairs. Unfortunately there were a few steps that I had to negotiate to get to the lift but the staff did help me with them.

Super friendly and professional staff, especially Laura, who contacted me a few hours before my arrival, told me how to get to the destination by the tram, showed me all the must-see places around on the map, recommended the best bakeries and coffee places. The location is very close to the city center, tea and coffee available 24/7 in the hotel, everything you need is in your room or in the kitchen. Train station is 10 minutes by walking, restaurants and bars are maximum 20 minutes walking. If you are looking for a true Italian hospitality this place is for you

We loved Laura! She was so friendly and patient upon our arrival when we were confused as to entry as first time B &B customers. Even prior to our arrival she was quickly responsive to our questions via the booking cite and went above and beyond to give specific walking directions. Breakfast was delivered to our room by Laura and her husband(?). What a Lovely way to start the day in a new place! and it was delicious with generous portions. Laura clearly cares about providing top service!

A little bit out of the way for walking for persons of a certain age (lol) or if not in too shape. Nothing against the property, though…just a note.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming B&B near the center of Florence. The host was genuinely warm and welcoming, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean, exuding a cozy ambiance that instantly made us feel relaxed. Mornings were a delight with a sumptuous breakfast that set the tone for our day. The prime location, just a stone's throw away from Florence's bustling center, made sightseeing and exploring a breeze. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience in the heart of the city.

Laura and her delightful pooch Bosco were such welcoming and helpful hosts. The room was awesome, just the right amount of quirky for this boutique stay. Beds were comfy and shower was a good size. Easily accessible with a tram line right outside. Very happy with our stay.

Some might find it noisy with the street and tram, but there were ear plugs in our room (not that we used them, we slept easily without them).

It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport. You just had to take the tram line T2 and get off at Belfiore. Laura's really sweet and helpful. The double bed was super comfy and the air conditioner in the room was a lifesaver. There's an elevator in the building. The breakfast was so cute. They'd ask you in the morning what you'd like for breakfast and then bring it so you could enjoy it in either your room or the shared kitchen. My partner loved the toast.

You could hear everytime someone went into the building. Especially when other guests entered your floor, the doors were slamming so loud. So if you're a light sleeper like me, you should bring ear plugs.

It was value-for-money. I paid about 400 euros for four nights - which was much cheaper than some other stays I had in other parts of Europe for a busy time of the year. The host/owners were very helpful.

The location of the property is right next to a busy thoroughfare. A tram line is located right outside the property. I'm a heavy sleeper so I was fine - but if you are a light sleeper you may have issues...
