The breakfast buffet was average. It was the same exact choices every day-boring since we stayed 3 days. Dinner was also average-nothing outstanding either good or bad. We ate there 2 nights. I did like the fact that we could request NO room cleaning during our stay. When they clean every day, I feel obligated to organize my stuff, which then I have to unorganize when I get back.

Towels were terrible. Lack of ice/cold water station anywhere in the hotel. It would have been nice to have a place to fill my water bottle.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and good with customer service. I love the cookies. They’re always amazing. Everything was clean and I love that the staff came into my room, unexpected and cleaned everything and brought new towels in.

The rooms were a little dated, and I would’ve liked to have more technology for the TV such as streaming apps and the ability to cast from my phone at least. The plugs were all faulty so it was hard to keep my phone charged because the plugs kept falling out of the wall plugs that was annoying. There also was no place to charge the USB cord so you had to use the outlets. All the outlets were faulty in the room. Thankfully, I had my own power chargers that didn’t require an outlet.

Staff were nice, rooms were clean and pretty comfy bed. Good value for the price.

My reservation was messed up so that took time to sort out. The shower water ran all over floor by toilet due to not being sealed too well and the plug by the bed didn't work. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a great location convenient for places to eat and go to for activities. Pet friendly! Safe.

Didn’t help that the mirror in our room was not bolted on the wall in our room fell twice once on me once on my puppy. Also it’s a big hotel and only one elevator for the whole building

Excellent breakfast; good staff; it is possibly the quietest room of any-----no con stand running of AC or heating......someone did a good job of designing the rooms so nice and quiet.

The rooms are getting older and could use some refurbishing......

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We did like it a lot, and will seriously consider staying there again if we return to Phoenix for any reason.

My wife thought our dinner had a little too much salt in the pinto beans, but otherwise everything was ok.

My room was absolutely perfect. I was on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sunset. This is my second time coming here and will be returning.

I enjoyed the dining area. I also appreciated the Maid Kitchen, which had a variety of snacks to choose from.

There was no concerns. Everything was great.

Way too expensive. 3 nights $900. That’s crazy. Id go somewhere else
