It was in the city center, so if you take the bus from the airport, you have it in short walkable distance form the stop. Plenty of great coffee shops around and ofc close to the Città Alta if that is your main sightseeing destination. The property itself was very clean and sharing facilities with other people is not a problem at all. Nice and equipped kitchen and bathroom too. Communication with the owner was terrific as when there was a chance of me not being able to check in at the required time, they contacted me with instructions for self checkin on their own, so very flexible too.

Very spacious apartment in a perfect location for cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to the funicular and the train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were complimentary. The owner made contact to ensure all was OK and if we needed any help with anything. Unlike some properties, the pictures of the accommodation are exactly what you get, and I would recommend it.

Marcella was extremely kind, supportive and flexible. We have established before reaching out to the property when to meet to leave the luggage untill the room was ready. She accepted every type of payment, cash or by card. Very close to the Bergamo Main Train Station, around 15-20 minutes maximum as slow walk. After you get to Donizetti Theatre you turn right and you are there in a few minutes (Torquato Tasso, 94)

I liked the private rooms as well as the large living space and dining room.

Communication between us and them could have been much better. We did not realize that we had not communicated our intentions for the airport shuttle to their location properly, and had to take a train. The owners did let us put our luggage in the room before check in. However, because the airport pick up was confused we had to wait 3 hours outside with our luggage. That was both our and the owners' mix up. Overall, it turned out to be a pretty great place to stay.

Lovely place to stay in a great location. Good communication from Marcella. The facilities were clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend this accomodation to friends and family.

This isn't the accommodations fault, it's a location quirk, but the church bells were ringing quite a bit. They were ringing from 7am, which was a surprise!

Very good location, good facilities. The cooking facilities are much better than similarly priced places I’ve stayed, with an induction hob, good pans, coffee stove pot and filter, and free coffee and salt etc. Friendly welcome too. Good chillout lounge area. Room with shared bathroom met my needs entirely.

The hosts were super nice, gave a lot of good information about the city, transportation, the neighborhood, etc. The apartment is well decorated, modern, and with all the needed amenities. Very well located, close to the station and downtown.

The mattress was not super confortable. And the street outside was quite noisy.

I stayed in a double room with a private bathroom, it was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite big too. There is also a common living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need incl. tea/coffee. The location was very good. Supermarkets, cafes etc. are all very close. When I arrived Rosh greeted me and showed me around, very helpful and friendly host!

They don't accept cards, only cash. Even though it says on the website that cards are accepted. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there is a huge construction right next to it, plus church bells. So if you're a light sleeper don't forget your earplugs.

Marcella was amazing super friendly and laid back. She let me drop my bag before check in time which was highly appreciated :)

Perhaps adding a small table in the bedroom would make it better, but it was great!
