I especially liked the view from the window. Our room was 4 on the corner, so there were many windows and a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable to rest after a trip or a long day of walking. The toilet is in the corridor, but clean. The kitchen is also shared, but we didn't use it. The room has a shower, refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea. From the hotel it is convenient to go wherever you want. Parking is free along the street. The area is calm, you can take a walk along the canal in the evening. There is a museum in the mill nearby and you can take a boat ride along the canal, but until 17:00 in April. We were greeted very friendly and in the bar you can drink drinks and watch football. The place is atmospheric and, as they say, “for our own people.” I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The location is excellent for exploring Schiedam on foot. The beds were comfortable and there is a kettle in the room. Shower and basin in the room, with shared toilet a few doors down the hall.

The kettle could only be filled in the shared kitchen. The kitchen is no longer used as a kitchen, but as a store room for the owners and it was not clean. Steep, narrow stairs to the rooms.

Cosy warm welcome from the locals in the pub down stairs. Sound proofing is great, you don't hear a thing! View of the windmill across the road. Lovely walk to the train station, and fantastic take away a few minutes walk.

The stairs are narrow... but reasonable since you are in The Netherlands.

The hospitality was excellent, we were welcomed warmly by some lovely guys, Hank, Linda, Robin and Wout - they really looked after us. They also let us keep our bikes inside at night to keep them safe and Robin let us in in the morning to get them out which he didn’t have to do. The rooms were also a decent size and well equipped, we slept well.

It was good place to stay , right near to canal, town centre, windmills and museums. Room was comfortable and with good bath room , it even had a scenic balcony as well and was comfortable. Host is friendly. Bar downstairs was good to use .

Could Have been milk and more choice of coffee!

Good location, comfortable beds, good wifi, TV, fridge, shower. Coffee/tea maker and Great typical Dutch neighborhood pub downstairs.

Good place in it's class, underrated by people who don't understand that. My only minor is a (very clean) WC outside the room, but just 6 steps away. Hovering can be done better.

A price for value, excellent choice; we spent 3 nights in a nice corner room with an excellent view of an old windmill and close to the center. Love to stay again next time

Amazing, everything was perfect. I was surprised how nice the room was as the pictures on website dont do it justice. Staff are so nice and so helpful. They went above and beyond for us and made our stay a memorable one, they really made us feel welcome and we will definitely be coming back. Location is perfect if you walk around you will see some beautiful scenery. Train and tram are a few minutes away and the locals will help you are having trouble. Amazing holiday, camt wait to go back ❤
