Very close to the beach front, quiet and nice rooms. Air fresheners made the hotel smell lovely and feeling like home. Reception staff are amazing and always greeted us with a good morning.

While the room was very lovely, it would’ve been nice to have had a fan even just a basic one. It was very hot when we visited during a mini heatwave and made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

It was very clean. They allowed us to check in late, which was appreciated.

Parking was a little bit challenging. But it’s in Brighton, which has limited parking. The bathroom light operates on motion detector, and while taking a shower, sometimes the light would go out.

Very friendly, warm and helpful personnel that made us feel at home with their genuine kindness. Not sure why their score is so low - I was traveling with a 10-year old so I am quite particular about the places I stay in with a child but this place is in a good neighborhood, located centrally, close to the seafront and the pier, five minutes away from the beach, so you can dip in in the morning or go for a run. Rooms are cosy and there is a rug flooring, giving a soft, comfy atmosphere, the beds are made daily, the surrounding streets are full of quaint little cafes, shops and restaurants yet no super loud clubs that would disturb sleep (the loudest are the seagulls). What I did miss (but that is my personal preference) are cooking facilities but I did know they were absent when I booked so all is very transparent and the rooms have no fridge but the staff refrigerated our milk without a trace of reluctance. All in all, very positive, would book again (except for the cooking facilities which make longer stays extra expensive as you need to eat out daily). There is a little desk in the room as well so I could work in the room comfortably, seating on a chair and having enough room for my laptop and papers which many rooms lack. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing really, I have been racking my brain but can not really find a thing. All in all, we were both super satisfied, the room is equipped with a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) one does not share with other guests which gives extra comfort, hygiëne and privacy, especially after the last place we stayed in which we shared with really messy guests. I just feel completely comfortable and satisfied with this place and can not really come up with... No, nothing bothered me at all.

I didn't like that this bath towel was leaky, and there was an aromatizer on the first floor that gave off a very unpleasant smell like in public toilets

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always happy to help me and allowing me to store some things in the fridge 🤗 It was lovely to come back to a beautiful clean room each evening and the bed was nice a comfy I feel terrible for losing the key and want to say a big apology for that! 😩

The sink in the bathroom was very small so often splashed water in the floor I had to plug the kettle in on the floor as plug socket was too far away from table Maybe worth putting a mini refrigerator in rooms to save the staff coming back and forward to let me take things from staff fridge!

Stayed in Budget Double Room with extended private bathroom, just short walk from room. Great location with 5 minutes walk to promenade and Brighton Pier.Along with many other attractions. Staff was very friendly and was able to book in early, which was appreciated. Rooms clean and comfortable with bed made on both nights we stayed.

With it being close to seafront ,music went on until early hours ,along with fireworks on Saturday evening, so sleep was disturbed. Parking is an issue as none on the street and closest car park we found was a 20-minute walk.

The staff was very helpful, kind and quick to respond everytime we needed anyting which made this a very comfortably stay. They also cleaned whenever we needed to (i think the bathroom was cleaned every day) They offered laundry service £10 for a plastic bag and they washed and dried + folded the clothes which was very nice 😊 Liked the location too close to stores, resturants and close to the sea 😊 It was easy to find and easy to check in. The room was fine we had nice sleep during our 5 nights here. We noticed the building is a bit tilted but we still thought it was charming place. The room is a bit small but for us it was perfect for just sleeping and chilling in the room and we also had our own bathroom which was outside of our room and only we had a key to open it 😊 Me and my partner enjoyed the stay here and may visit sometime in the future if we need somewhere to stay in brighton 😊 Thank you for a comfortable stay here 😊

The only downside is that its quite expensive but i can understand why since brighton is a very popular place for tourists and its close to the sea.

The location was excellent, the staff were really friendly and helpful and offered suggestions for the area. The bed was comfortable, with crisp clean sheets. The shower was new and bathroom lighting excellent. It was quiet at night even though I had window open.

Some of the furniture was a bit dated and for a small double room didn’t need such a big chest of draws. A blind would have been easier to close because difficult to get around the bed.

Good location near to seafront,good communication prior to arriving,very nice welcome from friendly staff everything explained on checking in,room was clean and comfy bed, separate bathroom but for my sole use, was a good size, very clean... very good price for what you get, unlikely to find better for the price.
