Well located, larger than expected apartment. Fans were appreciated in bedrooms as only one air con unit in lounge. Good communication with manager/owner but never met them - all entry by codes. We loved Zagreb, a friendly city with great coffee and food options!

No hot water due to gas works outside but we were advised of this on the morning of our arrival. Awaiting promised discount from owner via booking.com. Light switch in bedroom and dishwasher taped up to say not working. Not a problem for us as we only stayed for one night but probably need to be fixed!

did not appreciate having to lug our luggage through several blocks because there was noone there to help us with the arrival and tell us where to bring our car to drop off the luggage at the door. parking garage was quite far. then we had to carry the luggage up and down so many flights of stairs, it was exhausting.

Very clean apartment and central location in Zagreb so suitable for people without a car. Many good restaurants within the walking distance.

The propeety seems to be managed by agency and there is self check in system. That's all ok, but the communication could be better. During the week around midday not answering to calls for more than 1,5hrs is not the best thing for agency, especially if the number is available here on reservation for further questions.

We used a family room, which was spacious and comfortable, with two separate bedrooms and a large living room. The rooms were clean and modern. Perfect location, right next to restaurants and the center. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need.

perfect place for people who don't travel by car. There is no parking option which we find normal in the center of a big city. We parked in the parking lot of the nearby mall which cost us 50 euros for a stay of 17 hours

Nice and stylish apartment in a very central spot, with high-quality materials throughout and comfortable bed/ good Aircondition unit. Excellent location right in the heart of the city centre.

Great location and great value for the offered price. Our appartment had very good size, with really nice living room and kitchen. The beds were very comfy. Although we had only one night in Zagred it was a pleasant stay. The location is great, just around the corner you can walk on the main pedestrian areas and reach the best places in no time. It was our second time in Zagreb and we love the city!

Location is excellent, especially if you are arriving without a car, so you don't need to look for a parking. However, the host was more than ready to help to assist with the parking, so no worries. Center of Zagreb, next to Cvijetni Trg. Apartment looks like new, host is great and responsive and informative, even we did not meet in person. Kitchen is good and enough.

There was weird smell in apartment, I suppose from the fridge. Apartment is small, like s hotel room. It is missing mosquito net.

Location was outstanding;beautiful; nicely equipped and decorated. Kitchen was very nice. Bedrooms comfortable and nice to have 1 and 1/2 bathrooms

Carrying bags up several floors. No parking. We parked in public parking 2.5 blocks away (expensive)

Everything, the apartment had all amenities required for a comfortable stay, very tastefully renovated, thoughtfully facilitated, exceptionally clean, beds comfortable, very spacious, having separate toilet was great - we loved our stay! I am an intrepid traveller and this is one of the best accommodation I have stayed in - supurb.

The property is just 2mins walk to main square and 6-8 mins walk to upper town. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities. The check-in method was pre informed so no issues with checkin
