I was assigned an ADA room. It was surpurb. The doors opened easily. The bathroom had a wheelchair accessible vanity. There are lots of grab bars. Mini fridge microwave and safe were set at a convenient height. Full-length mirror. Turning space was a little tight but exceptable. Hand-held adjustable shower and blow dryer were bonus points. It did have a tub.

The staff were ALL friendly! The breakfast for a hotel breakfast was actually good.It was Better Friday than Saturday, but still good! The room was clean for the most part. The pool was clean and cold and open. The kids had so much fun! The spot this hotel is in is perfect, it is in a quiet area with a few things around if you need something but very nestled. There was a deposit to pay that we did get back. Plenty of pool towels. They had popcorn in the evening which my kids loved!

they missed a tab or thingy that keeps an ace bandage on and I stepped on it. The AC did not work and it made a rattle noise that you could not sleep through. I will say I did not want a different room because this was adjacent to my other room. They were willing to remedy the situation, so I did not count this against their rating! The beds were very hard. The shower heads did not allow a heavy flow of water, which is just a personal preference.

The breakfast bar was outstanding and the room was clean with great amenities.

There was nothing posted about no dogs allowed in the breakfast area, yet I was informed on our last day I couldn’t have my dog … who sat in the first seat coming off the hallway and never made a sound or moved) there. I wasn’t told nicely either. Another family also had a small dog that stayed on their lap the entire time. Not what I consider dog friendly.

Liked the price and the pool and breakfast is included. Great Belgian waffles.

We were give a handicap room right by the stairs so you hear the door from the stairs opening and closing which is a distraction. Also the breakfast was out of eggs and meat both days of our stay with a note stating the delivery truck didn't deliver them.

Very nice room and very nice breakfast. Pool advertised as heated pool, false advertising. Pool was indoor and not heated and COLD! Shame we could not use it.

The breakfast options are great. The pool was also a great amenity. The room was clean and they did their best to accommodate what I was asking for. There was easy access to take my dog in and out regularly without having to go a long distance.

I ldid not luket 20.00 for each pet i thinl it eas excessive.. So, having 2 made it 40.00 for each night so that was crazy. If all other places were not booked I would not have done this

The hotel was clean the staff was amazing they where a relief of fresh air during the storm and poweroutages even went outta the way to help make my daughter happy

Wish breakfast had a little more option like biscuits or sum my toddler is picky

It was a clean and comfortable place. We did not use the indoor pool or the fitness room, but the other residents appeared to be enjoying these amenities. The breakfast was good, but the potatoes were gone by 7 am.

We could hear the ice machine or the elevator from our room it wasn’t loud, but it was a constant noise.
