We rented a two bedroom, two bath suite for my family of five. It provided plenty of room to keep everyone happy.

We had a first floor suite and the second floor occupants had little kids that ran around with concrete shoes. We swear. Side note: they were happy kids and laughed and giggled while running around.

The furnishings were quite dated Broken up flagstone at the entrance to the unit

We did not have breakfast at the resort. The size of the room was great, loved the double bathroom, bed was comfortable

It was on the second floor, had some trouble with the stairs. Did not know the beaches were close by. When checking in we were not given alot of information about the surrounding area and activities on the resort.

The tranquility‼️ even listening to the cicadas didn't bother me lol 😆. All that mattered is she truly enjoyed it.. very romantic setting or a perfect location for the entire family. Whatever your needs are... they will definitely accommodate.

Location and the pool/hot tub.

Unit out dated, green haze in both bathtubs, bathtubs did not hold water for baths, lack of some kitchen cooking essentials, and hallway smelled somewhat moldy.

Price, convenient location, actual has a kitchen. Staff put in a hand held shower head for us since no accessible rooms.

No handicapped accessible rooms.

It was very convenient to New Seabury where we were attending a wedding event

Location was good, right next to Mashpee Commons, and right down the street from New Seberry. The staff was very accommodating and efficient at check in and check out.

Spacious unit and a great location

Front door was rusted and peeling paint. Parking lot could use better lighting

It’s clean, the location is great, and has the amenities that we enjoy.

When we checked in, we were directed to meet with, as it turned out, a company that was hard selling timeshares. Meeting with them was the worst part about our trip. They were like used car salesmen. Big turn off.
