Everything we needed was in the unit, which had lots of facilities and storage space. The staff were also very accomodating and happy to work with us with anything we needed. We had a nice high unit with a great view even from inside, and the pool was lovely and heated. It was also really easy to simply cross the road to get to the beach, shops and dining locations.

Whilst it's a great view, the location means that the orientation of the building causes the unit to get the full sun all day, making it too hot to sit on the balcony, and it also heats up the rooms. Some towel hooks in the Ensuite would also have been good - they could be placed along the wall. There also seemed to be a bit of an ant problem throughout the unit, and it was a shame about all the roadworks around the building, as it made it quite confusing to locate the entrance to the building.

The property is in a spectacular location. Self check-in was easy. The apartment was airy and light and uncluttered. When we unfortunately broke a bedside lamp (by bumping it onto the tiles with the pillow on the bed adjacent), the manager dealt with it without any fuss, which we really appreciated.

The tiles felt sticky, but consistently throughout so it must be the cleaning product used. The shower heads both left a lot to be desired and bathroom ventilation could be improved. Be prepared - the bedrooms are very small. The car park was challenging, not just because roadworks influenced access, but also because we drive a Hilux. I wouldn’t have liked to try to park anything larger than that in the underground car parking. It was clean and secure though.

We stayed in apartment 12E, literally newly renovated (was told the finishing touches were completed the day before). Stylish modern interior, tastefully decorated. Fantastic views of the ocean and Burleigh and walking distance to everything you need. The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and accommodating. Because the apartment was just renovated there were some little "teething" issues but when raised it would be immediately addressed and take care of. Excellent customer service and very welcoming. Safe and secure building (key fob to use lifts, pool and entry/exit gates) and beautiful gardens that are immaculately cared for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I want to be clear this is out of the control of Burleigh Towers and its staff. Please be aware there is a lot of construction going on due to the light rail on the corner of Goodwin Terrace and Gold Coast Highway where Burleigh Towers and other resorts are located. During our 4 night stay, there were 2 nights where the construction continued into the very early hours (1.30 am). The windows are not double glazed so you hear all the construction, traffic and hustle & bustle of Burleigh all day long and sometimes late into the night. It didn't really bother us too much (except for the 1.30 am construction noises) but keep this in mind if you are looking for somewhere quieter.

Very comfortable room with great beach views and excellent proximity to beach and local shopping area. Great swimming pool with spa. Good parking facility and security to premises very good. Kitchen facilities were very good, with plenty of crockery and utensils.

Lounge cushions could do with a steam clean. No shampoo tubes provided in the main bathroom, but ensuite had both shampoo and conditioner. No shower caps provided. Maybe a few more tea and coffee sachets would have been welcome.

View and location was excellent. Service was fantastic. We had an issue with a fan light coming on during the night and it was fixed the same day we reported it. Very accommodating with an early check-in after a long-haul flight with baby.

Portacot we rented was underwhelming after paying $77 for it. Apartment kitchen was under-equipped for the cost of accom.

Lynne met us, was the best human ! Very welcoming. Apartment clean, comfortable, perfect location, had more than expected in amenities. Comfortable beds and living room. Can’t wait to get back there honestly

We loved the view and how spacious the room was.

The parking wasn't available for our trip and it took us a good 30 minutes driving around trying to find a carpark and unfortunately the next morning before checkout we received a parking fine. There was no mention of no parking being available prior to booking only afterwards and the room was no refundable. Other than that our stay was great.

Location - close to beach, shops/restaurants and Burleigh Heads National Park. Beautiful views from our unit. Well equipped kitchen.

The address is given as Goodwin Street. Nowhere in our documentation did it say that you have to enter from the Gold Coast Highway to check in and for car entrance. We wasted some time in Goodwin Street, having to park and then walk up and down trying to find out how to enter when a short sentence telling you this would have made all the difference, as well as a sign in Goodwin Street.

Our apartment and balcony had wonderful views over Burleigh beach and north to Surfers Paradise. The apartment was very retro but was well appointed a had some very lovely personal touches. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Totally exceeded our expectations, esp as we're not fans of high-rise apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, a great size - both spacious & nicely decorated - & had everything we needed. The beds were comfy & air con perfect - loved all the overhead fans as air con isn't always necessary. Lynne made our trip perfect.

Not much. The car park numbering was made it difficult to find our spot. Some logic in the numbering system would help but probably not possible. Such a small thing but that was it!
