It was priced well..it had both an indoor heated pool and a hot tub. It had good options for the continental breakfast. It had extra blankets for the room if needed. There was zero bugs or rodents. There was plenty of hot water in the sink and shower. The tub was bigger than average which was another plus. There was working heat, air, tv, and fridge in our room. No serious issues. It was in a perfect location. We plan on returning.

The sink didn't drain all that well. But I see this at majority of hotels. Not a big deal. The shower curtains are a little odd and don't stay up on the ends. A little frustrating, but not awful. Nothing serious.

hey there, i’ve seen a lot of awful reviews about this place and i cannot see why. actually i can’t believe some of the reviews that have been left. granted the room hasn’t been sparkly clean but it is clean. i think a lot of people forget that they’re not taking their home with them when they travel. you have to remember that the cleaner cleans multiple rooms in a certain time frame. so if you see specks of dust in places remember that the rooms do not get deep cleaned every day and they are on time schedules. the lady was very very nice when i asked her for more towels. people aren’t very understanding when it comes to housekeeping. as for bed bugs i haven’t seen any or gotten bit by anything. there has been an occasional fly or two however that is common. especially when opening and closing the door frequently. i saw a review calling the guy at the desk perverted and rude, i could not disagree more. a lot of times people (especially when they’re not from georgia) simply mistake southern hospitality for more than what it is. the guy at the desk is super nice and friendly even when we locked our cards in the room twice! i definitely will be back to this hotel and definitely think you shouldn’t let the bad reviews stop you from visiting. (also the pictures in some of the reviews are absolutely absurd and i haven’t witnessed a room that looks like them.)

the loud neighbors were quite annoying however there’s nothing that the staff can do about that!

The indoor pool and jacuzzi are clean,no heavy chlorine smell,new pool patio furniture. Everything was great.the rooms are clean.note:not a 5 star hotel,but the room was very clean,no bugs,Everything worked.awesome value at 50.00 a night,this indoor pool/jacuzzi made this a great deal,front desk gentleman was great.saves 100.00 from staying right downtown, and they don't have indoor amenities

Their pool is great: a warm indoor pool with beautiful outdoor views all around via glassy walls.

OK, if you are asking: The pool opening hours are 10 am to 10 pm, which is generous. However, 9 am to 9 pm would be better. Then those guests who (like me) prefer a morning swim rather than a late-night swim, would be able to have an unhurried swim before 11 am check-out.

I liked that I received a non-smoking room with 2 double beds. I liked that the microwave and fridge worked well. I also liked that the remote to the TV worked well too.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the jacuzzi was not working. I didn't particularly appreciate the pool being too cold to swim in. I didn't particularly appreciate that the breakfast honors were not honored and it was subpar.

Convenient location and affordable.

Loud neighbors that nobody ever said a word to, multiple things in the room were broke or messed up, you could hear every little thing outside because the seals were non existent in the door, and the hot tub was only operational about 2 hours out of the 3 days we were there.

The pool and hot tub are amazing and very warm. The view is to die for and amazing location

Beds weren't very comfy and bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned behind the door but for the price, location, friendly staff, and pool/spa totally worth it!!!!!! Best pool and hot tub for sure

Keep in mind it’s an older hotel . The room was clean, the shower hot bed was alright. Nice heated pool and hot tub very warm. Excellent price. Break fast was cereal.muffin or sausage biscuit.nice easy location. I will be back ! For food, I would recommend the pink pig excellent brisket

The best part was the heated indoor pool. It was truly heated, it felt like slipping in a warm bath. The refrigerator was bigger than I expected which was nice. Water pressure in shower was good compared to other hotels. The staff was very friendly.

My biggest complaint was that the room had ants getting into it from somewhere. The room was not overrun with them but we kept seeing them trying to get to our food. The bathroom needs updating (tub & shower head had damage). Bedspreads had stains.

The indoor pool was great, my son had a blast. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room seemed to be clean, no complaints. When the cleaning service did come through, nothing was disturbed in my room.

The fridge was controlled by a light switch on the wall by the door and it had been flipped off by the prior inhabitant. There were issues with the Wi-Fi and I was never able to connect tho the staff did everything they could to get it functional. I believe there had been some outages in their area so I’m not really sure this is something they could control. Also, the ladder in the deep end of the pool needs to be replaced.
