Lady at check-in was very helpful in getting us into the room a little early - thank you. Couldn't really fault the room at all. Handy to train station, supermarkets and sights of the city.

I'm convinced the French are breeding giant attack dogs, judging from the size of the dog poo owners leave on the sidewalks. And the number of these dogs must be as huge as their excrement. That said, Tours was a lovely place to visit, and had many other nearby attractions as well.

It was close to station, clean, reasonably price. Female staff were nice. Comfortable bed but one thin pillow each.

Being asked to pay €2 per bag for arriving early, only place in the world I have ever been charged, not even when leaving bags when going away for a couple of days. The ladies appeared embarrassed when I expressed my disbelief at being charged. I had asked about leaving bags before check in and assured I could but no mention of a charge.

Very handy for the station, clean room, comfy bed. Room was surprisingly quiet given location.

Limited breakfast choice, reception closed overnight so no access to hot drink vending machine. Spartan interior more hostel like than hotel. Rusty bathroom fittings, bare electrical cables in room potentially dangerous.

Short walk to the train station, so in term of food option, there are plenty to pick from around the train station. You reserve and pay for onsite parking, which is right below the hotel with lift, saving us finding parking somewhere else. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable.

Great location , minutes walk from restaurants etc . Car park underneath. Easy to park motorcycles outside front door ! Stayed several times since 2015, not luxurious but functional , comfy and clean.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good as it was a short walk from the intercity bus station, the local bus station, the train station and the town centre.

Great Central location. Easy to find. Secure parking was great. Guy on desk on arrival was very helpful as we're the morning staff. Breakfast included was a bonus and delicious. Great soundproofing. Didn't hear a sound from within the hotel or from outside. No problem accommodating dog

Great location next to the train station and a short walk into town with many resteraunts etc.. Underground parking needs reservation so be aware as you need it if you have a vehicle. .

Quite basic but it's good value.

standard comfortable hotel with breakfast included but without any kitchen facility. You have to ask for hot water at the fron desk, no kettle provided. Public microwave is available if it works.

Very accommodating. Clean great value for money and close to centre of all amenities. Staff were also extremely polite. Thank you

No fridge however I understand the cost and did. It need this anyway.
