We originally booked a room as we were only staying for a night but we lucky get upgraded to an apartment due to lack of availability and avoid any disruptions to our trip; (thank you). The location was perfect as pretty much all line of trams stops around but also near the top sight seeing Milan. The apartment size was pretty nice and well equipped although plugs somewhat short to plug the microwave. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

One thing we did!’t like is that check out hour is too early (not sure if there was an option for late check out as we weren’t advised).

The location was perfect for me, as my daughter lives just around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable, but it felt very claustrophobic. I was given a room above the reception, and the windows were low, at foot level, which made it feel a bit like being in a barn. The staff were excellent – really lovely. I really appreciated the kettle, coffee and biscuits, it was a really nice touch which many hotels don’t offer and I enjoy drinking coffee while I wake up 🤩

I didn’t like the stairs leading up to the room—they were narrow, with one door at the bottom and another at the top, which made the whole space feel very claustrophobic, especially combined with the small windows in the bedroom. Overall, it was decent (more of a student-style setup), but I don’t think it was worth the price I paid.

Excellent location. Nearby there are a lot of places to eat (mostly Italian and Asian restaurants). Moreover, it is located near metro station as well as the city center.

It was a little bit difficult to find the room after receiving the keys from the reception. It was hot inside even during nighttime.

Overall a brilliant stay, lovely and clean room.Friendly staff, despite being outside of check in timings because of flight cancellations, the staff still managed to work with me to ensure I was able to collect the keys and have somewhere to stay unlike my original booking! Staff was good help and had some recommendations on things to do around the area! Location was brilliant with a supermarket literally around the corner and many shops. It was about a 10 minute tram journey only costing about €2 to the city centre. Also it was a 5 minute walk from the naviglio grande with many bars/restaurants to visit

The room was even bigger than we needed, beautifully dacorated with modern furniture and very clean. The staff always responed fast to our messages and gave us plenty of information through our stay on how to get around the city. Also, Navigli is a very lively neighbourhood to walk, eat, drink etc.

It may be useful to keep in mind that there is no elevator, although it wasn't a big problem for us. Also, although it is a walkable distance from the center, it is about 35 min walking which can be tiring. During the day though, it is very easy to use thr tram and there is a stop less than 5 min form the appartement.

Huge with separate big bedroom for us! Very clean and loved also that there is an elevator and no need to drag our luggages up the stairs. They also gave recommendations where to go. Tv was in the bedroom is a plus for us since we love to relax on the bed while watching. Close to Navigli so we were able to hangout and eat in the restaurants there serving authentic Milanese food!

Nothing about the property. Thanks also for taking care of our luggages while we have our last few hours in Milan before leaving!

Very small room

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the city center (15/20min) through charming streets. The rooms were clean and tidied daily, with fresh bed linen and towels provided each day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were also able to store our bikes in the garage, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The rooms are small, but perfectly fine for a few days. After all, in Milan, you'll be spending most of your time outside.

Very secure clean and pleasant well built space with coffee machine good shower and kitchen facilities and comfortable bed with living space downstairs and bedroom upstairs. As off main road was mainly quiet at night, and very accessible to central parts of Milan near tram to Duomo.and close to bars and restaurants.

Security made it a little difficult getting in through 2 separate entrances. Would have liked a terrace or some outdoor space, new build situated beside private garages.

Great location - only a short walk to the Navigli canals and a decent-sized supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away Comfortable bed, AC and kitchen had all the essentials Area was quiet on a night time Bar next door does a great cocktail We booked a double room but ended up in a studio apartment, which was great!

Lift didn't work so we had to haul our 20kg luggage up 3 flights of stairs (we did make them aware of this on the morning we left, so hopefully it's been fixed!)
