Very good location by the night market and with many restaurants and bars around, but still quiet during the night. Rooms were nice and clean and had a good size. The hosts were very friendly.

Good location few meters from the night market, but in a quiet streat. The owner is very friendly, smiling all the time. She organised a bus transfer to another city for us. They also have a good breakfast for a good value for money.

I absolutely loved loved loved this homestay! The family is the best and they will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! They helped me with everything I needed, even to get better rates for my taxis. While the homestay is on a quiet street, it was central to everything. Just a few minutes walk to the historic center, and the night market was right around the corner from the homestay. My room was spotless and welcoming, and my little patio perched high above was perfect. The breakfast was delicious as well! I don't think I could've find a more welcoming family to stay with in Hoi An, and I'm very grateful that I found this place!

Perfect location. Great restaurants, cafes, spas, etc. nearby.. Clean property. Wow. Loved our stay here! Our room was super clean. No outdoor slippers are allowed upstairs, but they provide indoor slippers. Our supply of drinking water was replenished daily, too. All rooms are upstairs but you don't have to worry about your luggage because they have a luggage elevator. Amazing staff. The beautiful lady (I guess she was the owner but I was too shy to ask and talk to her.. I even forgot to get her name) was super kind, accommodating and helpful. She was very organized too. She booked transportation for us and took care of our laundry. Our laundry was done and delivered (folded) to our room the same day. She also gave us 5 cold bottled water before we left for the airport.

Our stay at Quynh Chau Homestay was truly delightful! The location is perfect - just in the center, yet peaceful. Our room was spacious, clean, with all the comforts we needed and with a very nice balcony. It's better than the pictures! The family running the homestay is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They truly exemplify exceptional hospitality. Overall, this homestay offers exceptional value with its comfortable rooms, great amenities, and warm hospitality. We're looking forward to our next visit and already recommended to everyone we meet on the way to Hoi An! :)

The host was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfy. The room was clean. The location is perfect. Very close to old town, but not to close to the noise.

The only thing that was disturbing was the outdoor noise. The windows don't isolate sounds, so every morning at 8 o'clock the workers outside woke us up. We are not early birds and we would have enjoyed a longer sleep. We also had some neighbours with kids that were really loud in the morning on the hallway. The noise it's not the owners fault, but it was something unpleasant.

Owners are great people. Room is as shown in the photos: spacious, clean, with a nice little balcony, overlooking a quite street. Great shower pressure, toiletries included. The minibar and AC work as they should. 2 min walk to the night market, 4-5 min walk to the river. Comfy beds. Nicely done laundry for 30k per kg. Bicycle rental is 40k. You are expected to remove the shoes and change into slippers upon getting in, which we find nice as it helps maintain the cleanliness. Would stay here again.

Our stay at this homestay was truly wonderful! The location is fantastic, with all the main attractions and the lively night market of Hoi An Ancient City within walking distance. Multiple restaurants are also nearby, yet the homestay is in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive. They arranged a car for us from Da Nang airport on our first day, making our arrival seamless. On the following day, they organized a car for our visit to the Marble Mountains and ensured a smooth transition to our stay in Da Nang. Their attention to detail made our trip stress-free. The thoughtful touches, like providing umbrellas during the rain, added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this homestay for its excellent location, exceptional service, and the warm hospitality that truly enhanced our trip to Hoi An!

However, there are a few points to consider. The homestay does not have a lift, and the stairs are quite steep, which might be challenging for elderly guests. Additionally, while the room was cozy, it might feel a bit small for three people.

Mrs. Chau and her husband were the most gracious hosts. Their homestay is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. Close to everything. Our view from the balcony was beautiful, our room was also beautiful and super clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The entire staff was very nice. So nice of Mr. Chau to take my husband to the hardware store on his bike because we needed a lock. And Mrs. Chau packed us a breakfast sandwich to take with us for our early morning flight. We've encountered many wonderful people in Vietnam but these people are the BEST! We highly recommend this homestay and we will be back. Perfect place to stay when visiting Hoi An.

Mrs Chau and Mr Quynh were very welcoming and warm. Place was always clean and well kept. The room size was comfortable enough for 4 asian adults with 4 medium-sized and 4 small-sized luggage. Just have to be organized. The beds were queen size as advertized. While toiletries and bottled water were only given on the first day, it was a non-issue. Their breakfast (included in our rate) was filling and freshly made. But dont expect a varied menu, this is a homestay after all. Location is also good, not so far from the action and not so near as to make sleeping/resting intolerable. So, if you are not too picky or otherwise want all the conveniences of a star rated hotel, you can try this homestay. Thank you Mrs Chau and Mr Quynh!
