I like that it has plenty of amenities like the gym and coffee shop in the lobby, and love the location, you're not too far from all the best restaurants in Guadalajara. You have plenty of Restaurants within walking distance, and other just a short Uber ride away! Plus the area is super safe!

Probably need more American sport channels on their cable service.

Our room was very spacious. The view from the hotel is very nice Easy access. Lovely staff.

No air flowing in the room It’s an old hotel so the shower was making some noise while showering There were no menu in the room to order room service

We forgot some clothing. Sara and Miriam made sure they were shipped back to our home. I am very happy with the staff.

The parking lot was a bit strange. It was not obvious how to get back from level 2 to the lobby.

The room was very clean, and comfortable, the bed especially. Staff was very welcoming, and friendly. Really enjoyed the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet.

Maybe the carpets need some attention, and little more water pressure.

I would recommend more organization from the housekeeping lady’s, they knocked on the door every day at 9am to check if there was somebody there and that wasn’t very nice.

The location is awesome. The staff is very responsive and attentive. Keep it up.

I had a late check out for 2:30pm but I think the rest of the staff didn’t get that message because they knocked in my room like 6 times. The AC is as not cold enough. More control over temperature would be great.

All in all a great hotel. Have stayed at the hotel for both work and when visiting Guadalajara with my family various times. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is centraly located with great parking possibilities and close to various malls and resturants. The food at the hotel is really good.

Maybe better ligthing in some areas of the hotel. Some areas could need some renovation. Better bar area in the loppy; it could be more private. But all in all a good hotel, that I usally recommend to others that are traveling to GDL.

Clean, comfortable, overall a good experience. Located right at Minerva with $3 USD Ubers to Zona Americana & $9/10 usd to the zoo. They also.stored our luggage after checkout with no charge.

My room had no windows to stare outside and the check in was a bit slow.

The restaurant inside the hotel has a nice choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great daily room service, the structure is not brand new but well kept

It was all fine, an oldish property but a big room, comfortable bed, good blackouts and a funcyional bathroom.
