I liked every part of my stay. From booking to check out. Booking was very easy. Natalie gave me instructions from the airport without being prompted. This was very helpful and made my journey easy and relaxed. My room was lovely and clean and all I needed. Chambres was lovely and quiet. Tram A is literally outside of the Chambres. Most attractions are within walking distance. Nathalie was informative about the area, where to eat, what to see and so on. Breakfast was lovely. I especially enjoyed her father's home made jam. I also enjoyed hearing about her journey to where she is with Chambres. Go and experience Chambers and Natalie for yourself. I highly recommend both to you.

Struggling to find something.

Well located on main tram line with one simple change from the airport. Warm and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was a treat including various breads and special home-made jams. Hostess was informative.

There was no tea/coffee facility in the room. We helped ourselves to some water from the kitchen, although a small bottle of water was provided in the room on the first day. We would definitely stay here again as it was lovely.

Nathalie was a wonderful host and provided a lot of information for our trip. The property is also a 2 min walk to the train. It was very convenient for exploring downtown.

A comfortable room - not very bit but fine for us and we slept well. It was very quiet and had a good shower. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Natalie gave us a great map and lots or suggestions of places to visit and eat at. The location is excellent - right on the tram route and close to the old part of the city. The bonus being there is you see the sunset on the river by the main bridge. It’s quite lovely.

We’d have liked to be invited to use the sitting area in the main living room and to have easy access to tea /coffee at any time.

Loved how we were right on the Tram line, which made getting to and around the city very easy. Our host was very welcoming; she gave us a map of all the sights and the activities we could do in the city. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to meet people from other countries that were staying in Bordeaux!

There were only a couple of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but with the tram stop being so close, it was hardly an issue to get to the city center for dinner.

Comfortable bed,cleanliness,very quiet and great location for tram network, home made jams at breakfast.Met some lovely international people around the communal breakfast table.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room which would have been welcome particularly in Autumn. We were there for 5 nights and there was no towel replacement or offer of one.The radiators weren't switched on and our towels remained damp. Minimal plug sockets in the room.

Lovely host, gave some good recommendations about what to do, see and where to eat. Super easy to get to the centre, either walking or by tram. Easy to get to from the airport and back. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of options and even homemade items. Beds were comfortable, we separated our double bed into a twins, as we’re two friends travelling together. We didn’t need it much, but it was easy to adjust the temperature in the room with a good and low noise airconditioning.

The place was a gem and a home away from home. I especially liked that there is a direct tram from the airport to the hotel at only 1.80 EUR. The host - in my cast Anne - was amazing and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was very tasty, but what I even liked more is that breakfast was shared with other guests at the same table. Nice opportunity to talk and share experiences and tips.

There is nothing I didn't like. It was perfect.

The place located just beside a tram station so it is very convenient to get into the city, and you get to enjoy the calmness and tranquility while heading back to rest at the place. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and well lit with natural lighting at the living space. Nathalie is super welcoming and accommodate for early check in. She even recommends things to do and places to go around Bordeaux. Breakfast comes various choices with sweet and savory, comes with homemade jam which is delightful. Will definitely return the next time I'm in Bordeaux.

I had a very relaxing stay. Anne was an excellent host and provided me with lots of useful information about Bordeaux and lovely places to eat (and even offered to help with making the table reservations). The rooms are in a great location very close to the tram stop or walkable into the historic centre (20/30 mins walking). The homemade jams at breakfast were delicious!
