Very clean, friendly staff and good location. 3 mins walk to free Ski bus stop which comes once an hour. Go up the slope to get to the piste stop or down the slope outside DasMei hotel to get into Innsbruck. 5 mins walk up the slope to the tram stop to Innsbruck, which comes every half an hour until late. Like others have said, they don't have kettles, even if you ask for one, but the tap water is fresh and rated one of the cleanest in the world being natural mountain spring water. Good amount of proper wardrobe storage. Has a lift so you can easily manage your luggage.

The walls in the room may be a bit thin as just talking in a normal voice can be overheard. Restaurant only has a limited choice in the evening, but breakfast is sufficient continental fayre with scrambled eggs and bacon.

The hotel is on an excellent location and easily reachable to ski slopes. You can go to the mountains by bus and the nearest gondola is approximately 10 minutes by bus. There are plenty ski slopes around Innsburg, a family can visit all of them with good planning. Transportation is free of charge for travel visitors and the hotel completes the application. The hotel is located in the countryside, but only 10 minutes away from Innsburg city center. You can visit the city either by bus, train or taxi. The taxi costs 20 euros. The hotel is clean with great facilities including a swimming pool and spa, which is ideal for family with children. The receptionists are super polite and helpful. I fully recommend this hotel for a visit.

Lovely hotel with plenty of character. Lots of nice fittings, wooden trim (windows, doors, panelling etc) and friendly staff. I liked both pools and the spa facilities. The dinners were very good and the waitress who served us most of our stay was very friendly. The view from the balcony is beautiful looking over the valley to the mountains.

The room was only serviced once during our 6-night stay, I thought it was going to be serviced every other day. The shower gel ran out and the toilet paper spare roll hadn't been replaced and was almost used up. The sauna and steam room weren't on every day, some days I couldn't use them. I could have asked for them to be switched on but they take time to heat up. However, these are minor complaints and I would still recommend this hotel.

Very friendly, extremely clean and comfortable place. They provide us some kind of welcome card for Innsbruck, this card allows you to use any kind of public transportation for free. Basically, we parked our car in the hotel parking area and go to the city center by tram. Tram station is 2 mins away by walking, and it takes around 20 mins to the Innsbruck city center. The rooms view is nothing like I have ever seen before. They upgraded our room for free because of my birthday. Overall, sometimes you feel like everything you asked for is happenning somehow, that kind of experience staying at Hotel Seppl was. Thanks for everything.

This Seppl is a beautiful hotel in fabulous surroundings. From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed. A special mention to Maria as having checked in after the restaurant had closed kindly made us a sharing plate of bread, cheese & meats which was delicious. Her service during the stay was exceptional & all of the staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast, food was fresh & tasty. The rooms are very spacious & we had spectacular views of the mountains. We stayed for two nights & were offered a free welcome card to use on public transport - the tram into the city centre 5 minutes walk away & took us in to Innsbruck in around 15 minutes.. We were lucky with the weather & at times just wanted to sit & enjoy where we were - highly recommended.

We return to this hotel, because it's superb. The best features are the view (to the mountains) and the food. But everything was great. The stuff is very kind (and international), the location is easily get by the fantastic tram "STB". (The hotel provide a card what make the public transport free). This time we booked a junior suit, but it was better than the edelweis suit (what we booked last year).

The shower was cloged and even the stuff tried to unclog it, but they coudn't. But there was a bathtube (with view to the mountains) too in the room. Unfortunately you cannot shower in the bathtube (but it's reasonable)

Beautiful view from the room and balcony of Innsbruck city. Spacious room, delicious breakfast. We parked our car in the property and took public transportation to town (the hotel gave us a welcome city transit card). We loved sitting in the balcony and drinking some wine. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Loved this place

A mini fridge in the room would had made it perfect. That was the only thing missing..... but not a big deal, it is just that we like to cool our drinking water.

The location is excellent — the hotel is conveniently close to a public transport stop, making it easy to get around Innsbruck. The staff is friendly and attentive, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the well-maintained SPA area — a great place to relax after a busy day.

The breakfasts were quite repetitive, and it would be great if the hotel could pay more attention to this.

Excellent location: train to Innsbruck few steps away. Quiet and in pleasant surroundings. Easy parking. Very good overall standing. Room wide enough, with balcony (but if occupied by two persons a second arm-chair would be appreciated). Bathroom essential and not large but comfortable. Sparkling overall cleanness. Variety and quality of breakfast. Very good wifi.

Room lighting: well distributed but weak. Bed-side lights unfit for reading. No national TV channels in languages different from German. Limited choice in the evening menu.
