Far from Mestre and Venice. Had to either take 2 buses or walk for 30 mins to get a direct bus to Venice. Only one free sports activity

The hotel is very well maintained, super clean and the size of the rooms more than satisfactory. The view from the room was that of a field of grape vines so it was lovely. Neighborhood is super quiet with a few houses overall a bit far from the city.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, there were few options. Might have been better to choose to eat outside rather than at the hotel. The direct bus route to Venice from the hotel is through the back of the hotel plus a 15 mins walk through a quiet and safe area.

Nice and clean hotel. Good restaurant with tasty food. The room was spacious, comfortable.

The breakfast was not very varied but ok for a couple of days. I wanted to use the pool but found out on site that you need to have a cap, bathrobe and some slippers to enter it. The location is nice and quite but buses to the railways station to once an hour.

The hotel is new, rooms are big and impeccable clean. Everything in really perfect condition, that you could rate the room hotel like 4 stars hotel. The price/quality is just amazing. The stuff are very friendly and lovely. Everyone is for you. The only thing to improve I would mention this is the process of self check in. A bit insecure when the stuff left the key on the reception. Random guest just could pick up your key and you need to sort it out this question at night or late evening. Hotel located in the isolated area but we like its quietness and greeny. The city by it's own is really small so you could reach train station to Venice by car in 10 minutes. Parking onsite is big and free with lots of spot. It was for us one of priority as well. So we really enjoyed the staying.

The breakfast was really poor. The volume of tv is programmed so that it's impossible to watch tv actually at all.

Lovely room and wonderful shared facilities at the sports club. Easy parking which is rare in Italy. Quiet outskirts location really suited us.

Heated towel rail disconnected, and no tea or coffee facilities in room nor a fridge or wine glasses which I had expected as standard for this calibre of property. Restaurant was also shut. Bed was two singles pushed together with 2 single duvets, with 'movement' the beds pulled apart leaving an uncomfortable crevice.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peacefull neighbourhood and has a big parking next to it. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice and friendly. The reception staff was available only in the morning, but we were given a contact in case of emergencies. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The towels and bed linen were changed every day. The heating system was good and the room was warm. We used our own car to get to Venice and paid parking for the whole day there. It seams like a better option than the bus for our family of four.

You have to exit the hotel to go to the swimming pool (it is located in an adjacent facility right next to the hotel). The pool also required clean slippers, swimming cap and bathrobe or towel. It would be good if we knew this in advance so we could prepare outselves. Also the gym requires clean shoes to be changed in the changing room there and a towel to put on the machines. It would be good if we had a fridge in the room, but as we were there in February it wasn't such a problem. The duvets could be a little warmer but room heating system helped. The restaurant in the hotel is a pizzeria, but we were told pizza is only served on weekends (friday-sunday) so we went elsewhere for dinner.

Great resort/hotel! A bit dated but very clean and in quite good shape overall. The saff were all very pleasant and helpful. Location wise it's not too bad - you can get bus no 10 from just outside the hotel and it will take you straight to the train station. From there you can take bus no 2 to venice, or the train. The bus tickets need to be bought before you board the bus and you cand do it via whatsapp - look out fot the qr code in the bus station. We bought the breakfast option and thought it was great. Their restaurant for dinner was great too. The cleaners cleaned the rooms every day too. Overall I think this was great value for money and it's been great for a 3 star hotel.

Lights by the door didn't turn off and had to turn them off from the breaker panel near the door. Aircon was off for the first few days & the temp in the room got to about 26°C before they turned the main aircon systems on. No fridge in the room

Very close to Venice. We did not use the shuttle which was 10€ per person per trip and drops you off next to the waterbus on Piazzale Roma so you still have to buy a ticket for the waterbus for 9€ per person for 75 minutes. The trip to San Marco takes 40 minutes one way so we would have to pay twice 9€ per person to get back to the drop off point of the shuttle service Piazzale Roma. We also read that many people get fined 50€ per person when you take the wrong waterbus or when you forget to validate your ticket in a machine which is at times hard to find and cannot be done on the waterbus. When you buy a day pass this is no problem you can validate that on your phone and have no problem anywhere. You get a qr code that is valid on every transport. This is 25€ per person. We weighed pros and cons and we drove with our own car and parked in the Tronchetto garage paid 16€ in total plus a dayticket to public transport for 25€ per person which allowed us to use the waterbusses, trains and busses for 24 hours. The waterbus is in front of the Trochetto garage so very good location as an invalid. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Good fitness free entry.

The sound on the tv was barely audible. They have no connecting rooms. They said the pool was 7€ per person but on booking.com is mentioned it is free of charge. He agreed we could go free which we eventually did not do. Breakfast was rather plain. Parking far from hotel. Restaurant very little choice.

The restaurant had the best pizzas. Staff was always pleasant and polite. Only disappointment was the transfers to Venice. We were told at the front desk 10euro each way but it turned out if you are by yourself it’s 35euro one way so how does that work if it was to be 10euro each? Transfer to the airport was 60euro and another expense is tax to the motel. You add all that and would have been cheaper to stay on the island. Expensive trip which should of been more a budget holiday turned into an expensive one

Payment for transfers. We were told 10euro each way but it was more expensive with only the 2 of us going to Venice. We didn’t except the tax fee when we left the property it should of been noted before the booking was made.

The hotel is placed 15 minutes away by car from Venice, also has a bus that can take you to venice or you can use the train. The room was very clean and comfortable, reasonable size as well, bathroom was also reasonably sized and very clean, staff members were very polite and helpful. You have access to the pool and the spa centre for free, and in our case access to the pool in those hot days was really welcomed. They also have a restaurant on site so a great overall package.

The WiFi was very poor in the room, and almost impossible to use. The shower head was leaking everywhere so some maintenance will be required as this is a fairly new resort.
